It had what we needed a place to lay our heads. Kept us dry in the rain. The Bath house could have been closer to our site. Next time we will take this into consideration when booking.

Stayed in a cabin for the first time. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Will absolutely be doing it again. After many years of camping with RV, at our age this is the way to go. Employees very helpful. Love Harpers Ferry KOA.

I’m happy with services. We had a larger cabin. Very unhappy with site and closeness of cabins. It was supposed to be for 6, and it was very small and the entire site was on a washed out hill. Picnic table needed to be propped 6” on one side. Only room for 3 chairs around pit and very close to a drop in woods and sat crooked. Site should be closed and fixed. Smaller cabins had much better site

The deluxe cabin had more amenities than we expected. We enjoyed all of the activities, especiallt the doggie swim. We look forwaed to coming back.

Great campground with lots of space to have fun and relax with friends and family. Cabins are perfect for a long weekend getaway.

The Koa is excellent. We rented a deluxe cabin and we dealt with an ant issue inside for our 2 days. The WiFi is also nonexistent.

Had a lovely unique girls weekend in one of the deluxe cabins. We spent the day rafting, hiking and exploring the national park and were so happy to come back to a comfy bed, shower and air conditioner and laugh around a campfire! There was a ton of activities for families, and the sites were very tight, our neighbors in the cabins were about 12ft feet from us.

Great location for tubing or going to National parkFront of cabin and porch very dirty—lots of bird poop, spider webs and dirty. Should be sprayed off w the hose or dusted w a broom.

Staff was great, very friendly. Loved the breakfast! Nice variety of activities. Bathrooms were the only negative, they were quite dirty.

Very close to national park. Lots to do on the campground - convenient when traveling with small child. Staff was very friendly and able to answer all questions. 4 instead of 5 due to campground design - way too little green space, everyone was packed too close together. There was also a lot of noise (other people's music) although everyone respected quiet hours.

The cabin we stayed in was not properly cleaned. We found 3 pieces of clothing in various plan site areas inside the cabin, which would have been clearly seen had the cabin been swept. Cobwebs were all over the inside. There was dust and pieces of trash on the floor.

Our cabin was filthy. Rotted floors in bathroom. Light bulbs out in every room. Ants. WiFi was terrible. TV was grainy. The worst KOA we have stayed at to date. Very disappointed given the price I paid.

My family and I always stay at KOA. I would like to say the check in was awesome the 2 ladies at the front desk were amazingly nice! I do want to point out a few things, the park needs a serious update and the bouncer was only available like 2 hours a day and that is not acceptable….Thank you Rose Copeland

This was our 5th or 6th trip to the KOA. We always enjoy it. We were not very pleased with our cabin however, and when we asked we were told there were no others available. The cabin, #233 was VERY close to the cabin next door and their outdoor space, and there wasn't enough room for 4 chairs around the fire. I think we'll be back, but request a specific cabin when doing so. Thanks!

Bathrooms on the weekend require more attention, they looked like a crime scene. Besides Gale at the entrance staffed seemed bothered by people simply being friendly. Also, your bathroom stales have huge gaps in them and should be replaced with multiple people eating in line to use the one clean and/or functioning toilet no one needs and audience when they are taking care of business.

We had a tent site reserved, and asked to upgrade to a cabin since there was a high percentage of chance of rain- and they did :) the 2 room cabin was so cute and perfect for us and our kids and Great Dane. The pool was great. The arcade was ok, but the kids enjoyed it lots of walking and exploring space. Anthony’s pizza delivered and was yum!

The cabin we stayed in was tidy, though the air conditioner filter on the unit needs to be changed. We found the linens to be nice & clean but we don't think the floor has been mopped for a long while. The staff we interacted with did not seem to like their job but were performing their duties proficiently. The camp store was fun and a great variety of items.

Cabin was a little dirty. The bees were bad and they attacked the kids at play area. I reported it to the office but no one checked it out like they told me.

Our cabin was nice, and we had a great time, but some improvements could be made. The bathrooms were pretty gross alot of the time, and the toilets took about 3 flushes just to get paper down. The cleanliness overall wasn't great. The arcade area frequently had trash lying all over.

I thought the basic cabin was nice, clean and fun. It even had air conditioning and electricity. However, we were close the the sewage treatment area which had a pretty bad smell. Otherwise, I thought it was a nice place and staff were friendly. My kids loved the $1 pancakes and all the activities.

I found no employee to be very friendly or helpful. Checking in on a Sunday, for a site I paid extra to be site specific, wasn't available until 3pm. Not many campers checking in. I wasn't offered the bundle of wood or bag with goodies. I had to ask for them. Upon departure, I was simply told "you're all set". Zero customer service. Was quite disappointed with the experience.

Good site, great employees and amenities. I gave them a lowwer rating based upon their wifi. A speed test, standing at the main building, yielded 1 mps download and less than 1mps upload. Stayed here before in 2018 with same results. Like many folks, I am on call, and cell signals are weak. I stay where is is string wifi, so this may be our last trip here.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
