Wifi doesn't work. Cost per night is way too expensive!. Sites are so close together. This is a horrible KOA. If it wasn't so close to family I would never go there. The time before was even worse than this time.

Our site, 137, was the worst campsite we have ever had! It was steeply sloped and partially washed out! The sites were very short in that area, and we blocked the ridiculously narrow road while we unhitched and hitched our trailer. The activities fee should be optional, a waste for us. On the positive side, the restrooms were clean and the individual shower rooms were nice.

In a very small spot. Not all services opened when they said. Nice but KOA is usually overpriced.

Campground was really mice, Camp store and swimming pool was awesome. Staff was really friendly. My only two complaints which are minor. Grass really needed mowed on both sites we had and the spaces kind of tight. We had a trailer right on the corner that had the bike rack hanging out in the middle of the road which made getting and leaving our site tight. Hope to schedule again next year

Staff at check in not friendly. Resort fee for an overnight stay should have been waved.

This is our 2nd stay at this KOA. The bathrooms, laundry and arcade were not as clean as in the past. Also, disappointing that there were no activities provided after 11am on Sunday. I know that many people come for the weekend, but we were there until Monday during the summer and expected to have a few organized activities for the kids to participate in since we paid the activity fees.

Nice staff. Spaces are small. The laundry dry room us very dirty and expensive! Half of the machines did not work.

Property not maintained, staff not very well attentive or friendly, sites not maintained including picnic table. Jumping pillow only open on Friday and Saturday during peak season doesn’t make sense. Bathrooms were disgusting. Very displeased.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in the section in front of registration. The Sites are too close together. Customers are on top of each other. Otherwise our stay was great.

Campground is tight for larger rigs , I had no issues some people did ,staff was very friendly and nice, only complete I had was grass was not cut like for a couple of weeks , pool was refreshing and nice size

Every inch was used- felt like where ever you walked you were on somebody’s site. The dog park was NOT good for little dogs - large gaps under the gates where they could have gotten through easily. Staff friendly.

camp sites were too close together. Our patio abutted the next site sewer connection. The patio itself had a broken section. There was no shade. The pool was okay. The mini golf was fun and the holes were well maintained.

We wanted to visit the NP.Location was great for that.Some spots are laid out strangely.#14,we were basically unable to use sewer bc it was uphill.Poor engineering.Our picnic table was inches from next spot’s sewer hookup.Eww.We saw RVs struggle to park in tight spots that were bordering on too short.The cable was awful (fuzzy and not many channels) & the WiFi was worse. No Verizon cell either.

Staff could be friendlier. Acted a little like you were bothering them and interrupting personal conversations. Not happy that I was placed on a very tight spot asked to move to a comparable spot and went from one with cable to one without. When I questioned it I was told not their problem. No refund no nothing. Know now NOT to trust I am getting the site I reserved. Otherwise nice campground.

This was a well managed campground with plenty of amenities. Best suited for a family travelling with children. Roads are narrow making it difficult to get to the campsite with a larger rig. Our site was a nice long pull-through site but very close to the neighbors. Campground is close to the road so there was some road noise at night. Great stores on premises.

7 nights to see Civil War sites. Park is very well located, but incredibly small and tight roads and campsites. Our site had low hanging limbs that I had to trim before being able to squeeze our rig in. Had to back our rig into the site behind us (luckily it was vacant) to be able to make turn to get out. Pet fee, resort fee, package handling fee for Amazon delivery just added insult.

Friendly staff. Clean restrooms, although the laundry was very dirty and several of the machines were broken. Don't really care for the golf carts roaming aimlessly around the camp

Enjoyed our stay. Grounds were clean, pool was nice. Laundry area was not great. Most regular dryers weren’t working or took quarters and wouldn’t start. Not a dealbreaker for a return visit, just inconvenient

We really enjoyed the pool and pancake breakfast. Very nice camp store and mini golf. You have a great campground but some areas of the campground needs some attention esp the roads. Our teenager took a bad spill off a bike due to the deteriorated condition of the road.

This is one of the most beautiful setting for a campground. It was quiet and very friendly. Easy to get in and out.

I’ve been coming there for the last 15 years and you’ve had made upgrades but for the price of the sites and being booked out most of the year and now all activities cost money it’s not really kid friendly anymore You’re running about the same price as yogi bear and Yogi bear has more amenities

Nice clean park, surfaces were level, nice amenities. Spend the extra bucks for the Patio spots, afternoon sun in the summer is a killer.

Overall- the stay was pleasant because I was attending a rally with my friends. However- the sites are tight and uneven (29). I saw tons of cigarettes imbedded in the rock of an adjacent site. It was tricky leveling- and leaving depending on the location of the unit in front of you. The seasonal trailers behind have too much junk laying around and multiple cars which make navigation difficult.

We always camp at KOA's because of size 40 ft your rate per night was acceptable but the 20 dollar resort fee is not we are senior citizens and do nott use the facilities ex pool. Then there was a fee for our dog of 2.00 night and when we had a change of plans and had to cancel a return overnight giving 10 days notice we were charged 10.00 there are too many unexpected charges. Disappointed

Staff was efficient - not particularly friendly. The pool a d arcade we’re great! Our site needed grading. To get parked and level, we barely had space to park our jeep let alone maneuver our RV out when the CG was full (site 150).

Although they have lots of facilities the tv supply cable was run on top of the ground to the site and the tv was so bad we could not watch it.

Very nice campground however camper next to use was given a shot that did not fit his camper size due to tree placement. He parked and took half of our spot making our sewage and water connections unusable. Better care for camper length should be taken into account. Also campground is very tight and sewage connection if usable was on wrong end from traffic direction

They wouldn’t allow me to charge anything to my site…. First KOA that I’ve ever seen do that. I spent a lot of money at the store but was unable to get the KOA rewards discount.

Staff was very nice. The facilities were relatively clean. The camp sites were VERY small and way too close to the neighbors. Not a typical KOA experience that we are accustomed to.

We have stayed here a few times now. I do have to say, the staff working the weekend of 8/20-8/22 were not pleasant to talk too. Many were very rude this time.

It’s a very dense, busy campground. WIFI wasn’t reliable, nor was Verizon or AT&T service. Lots of activities, which is good. This definitely isn’t the place for a quiet weekend relaxing.

The campground was nice and the staff were helpful. The only gripe I would have is that game room near the pool table and air hockey was a bit dirty. Trash and dirty floor could use some attention.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
