Stay was nice however you should understand how RV's fit in pull through spots which they do, but you clearly dont leave ANY room to pull out when you pack the campground. I had to pull out and back down a VERY narrow road then turn around. Never ever had this issue in any other campground. Im sure you dont care otherwise this would not have been an issue. Needles to say we wont be coming back.

This year even with all the rain i would have to say the best stay ever. Almost all camper decorated. I would say half went hog wild on the decorations. Very Impressed

Another awesome stay at this KOA. Highly recommend during October. Lots of fun things to do at the campground and campers overimpress with their site decor! The only negative was no mention of the fee for the pancakes; used to be free. Don't mind the $1 charge but please put it on your schedule of events.

Second tome here for Halloween. They put on a great event for kids and parents alike, truly very much fun. Staff is helpful and friendly, and store hours are generous on the weekend for the events. My only complaints are the cable reception is not good, and with a full campground, WIFI is not good either. We will be coming back for more Halloween festivities next year!

Great location and the camp has many well appointed sites and services. However, still too many people lumped together and it felt crowded.. Our site specifically was in a main corner and very busy. We can handle that. What was really a fail was the sewer. It was too high and we kept having to maneuver the rig and the hose to empty our tanks, way too much work.

I have never seen so many ridiculously small sites. Every square inch available land was turned into some sort of camping site. It made the place feel very crowded and unwelcoming. My campsite was littered with trash, the fire ring had plastic trash in it and there were no less than three piles of ashes from briquettes randomly left on the site.

Our RV site was on a slope with little gravel. We have had much better sites at other KOAs. The check-in was smooth and they camp store was great. Very close to Harpers Ferry Battlefield and town.

This was our first time stay here and we were given one of the worst sites in the park. Way out of level which required the front wheels to be 8” off the ground, all mud no gravel, sewer line uphill would not drain and when neighbor checked in he was 8’ from our door which prevented us from having a fire and his double sewer line was right next to our picnic table. Perfect location for our visits to Antietam and Harper’s Ferry. With so many empty campsites we were unhappy to be assigned one that strained our ability to level our camper. Site was poorly maintained rutted and not even close to level. Disappointed that a local friend who came to be our tour guide had to pay $12.00 to park her car four a few hours. Also had to pay a pet fee. Don’t know

This is a very clean well maintained campground! When making your reservation, this campground offers a stay two nights get a third night free! It is a much better deal than the discount that you get by using your rewards card. You may have to ask for this discount though.

Not all sites are the same but the price is. Our site had a fire pit exactly at the door opening and was still burning when we parked. Our neighbor's fire pit was 10 foot away from their rig. We had little grass while our neighbor has a green field. Having said these negative issues, I would stay here again but would check out the site if possible.

The campground and facilities are fantastic! We arrived after 6 pm and our checkin/site info was waiting outside the reservations building. The site was exactly what we needed after a long day riding the C&O Canal Towpath. The next morning we met the staff at checkout, and they were friendly and helpful. I will stay here the next time I'm riding the trail!

Can’t beat the convenient location. However, we were disappointed with staff and cleanliness of the facility. We’re on a 3 month road trip and have stayed at many KOAs. This was the nastiest - trash everywhere, beer cans, cigarette butts and dog poop. In our 3 day stay grounds were never clean. Awesome stay & great experience overall. The staff was friendly & accommodating. Sites were spacious. The camp store was fully stocked & had great souvenir items. We will most definitely be returning next fall.

I don't understand why we not cannot rebook our same site for the following year. We should be give that option when we check in. And requested same site and find out out it's gone. As a prime KOA member for years this should be allowed. Totally disagree and disappointed that we were not allowed to do. Will not be returning due to this.

Very disappointed in campground upgrades. This is our 15th yr coming to your campground and we are not seeing very many upgrades. I took pictures of various things and spoke to Liz about our concerns. Our son rented a cabin and he said the floor was rotting near the shower. You are charging $250 a night so I think someone should be checking these cabins. If you want I can send you the pictures.

Like the campground and activities for kids. Had 2 episodes where 2 boys were stealing/transferring arcade points from my daughter and her friend then knocking them down and hurting one of them. Told employee but didn’t act like he was concerned. Those 2 boys should have been asked to leave the campground . No sense in asking for manager because they don’t answer phone or return calls.

We had a terrific time at the halloween weekend. First stay at a KOA and enjoyed the facilities and the pancake breakfast. Looking forward to returning again.

We stayed here while touring the battlefields and the charming town of Harper's Ferry. One complaint was that the first site given to us had two large trees on either side and couldn't open the slide outs. Our booking did list 3 slides on our RV. We went back to the office and they were very helpful and changed our site. The store is impressive, great gifts, and a movie theater inside! Nice Folks.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
