Beautiful campground!!! First time in 5 years staying at KOA that I had to find my site without an escort:( Took me a couple of tries. BTW. The next night I saw an escort trying to lead a diesel (towing) to their site and they had trouble. Escort could have made it a lot easier by talking with the driver and telling him about the tight turn:(

We are retired and this was our first experience . The employees were kind and helpful. Our neighbors from Delaware were super helpful plus the seasonal residents. The best to HF KOA. We made reservation for next year!.

Back in site 87 was not well defined. Had to maneuver to park where we thought was our space. Also too close to power lines which made us uncomfortable.

We didn't get to stay long and enjoy the amenities. Our assigned site was on a hill and very tight. We asked if we could get another site. No problem and plenty of room in a great location. Very close to National park. Took shuttle to Harpers Ferry. We will definitely come back and stay longer!

Nice location. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were not clean. The floor in the bathroom area got mopped while we were there but toilets and sinks weren’t cleaned. The showers in the big shower room were dirty with hair etc. There was a pair of underwear in one shower . They were still there the next afternoon.

The activities for the Halloween weekend was great. Loved the haunted house event. Everything was well put together. Had a great time.

Do not like the new rules about reservations. We had a group of 3 campers . Had the same spots for the same weekend and then we went to book it again and our spots have been already reserved. Not Happy

exposed, rough, unwelcoming sites. My van and I, though we had a fire pit/water/electric, I was squeezed in between cabins and on corner of gravel main thoroughfare!!!! Had the campground been any busier my experience would have been more towards horrible. Bathrooms were acceptable, but not above average. Lots of torn up and rough terraine to get to them.

We had a decent stay. My only complaint was that even though we paid extra to select our site, the 40% coupon for a store item wasn’t given to us this time. They were out of them, which was disappointing, as that’s one of the perks for that option. Other than that, we had a great weekend and can’t wait until next year

Disappointed in the lack of activities, especially the lack of a hayride during FALL! The virtual costume contest was a joke because there is NO internet or cell service to send the picture via email or text message. The employees said I "can walk around like everyone else and hope to get a signal" or else I'm out of luck. Female employee with red hair was rude,never smiled or greeted people,

We've been staying there every October for around 10 years and we love the location and sites. The tree stumps/roots are still a problem. I love the changes/additions you are making around the campground but I'd love to see some updates on the sites themselves. Filling in some roots, leveling the sites would be extremely helpful.

We have been coming for years but very disappointed this year! Very few activities for the kids and most now cost money. Even the Halloween contest was virtual, to bad their wifi doesn't support actually sending pictures. No hay rides, no candy bar bingo, no kids candy hunts, no nothing! And now the pancakes cost $1 each (come on) and the wine tasting is $3 each...and you don't get to pick tasting

The playground has been downsized and what's left needs an overhaul. The arcade is outdated Typically, you had to wait for a year out to make a booking. This year the day we arrived all of the cabins were already booked for the next year. It’s sad that when you come every year for the same weekend and have to worry that your site can be taken before the current weekend even begins.

First. I really like the campground and my overall stay was great. However, was there on a Friday. Desperately needed WIFI for a crucial work thing. Even sitting in front of the camp store I couldn't get on. It's 2021, you need to be able to provide reliable WIFI to your customers, there's no excuse at this point. You are a national corporation that certainly understands IT infrastructure.

Each site was way too small. Neighbors septic hook up was right at our patio. On the other side of our site one night around 10:30 pm my grandchildren could not get to sleep because they could hear the neighbors right outside our window on their patio. The Saturday wine sampling from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. was a bust. Small selection of wines.

Great activities for the kids and close to the battlefields. Our site was horribly unlevel, the worst I've ever seen. Could not get level either front to back or side to side, despite having a lot of leveling blocks. Very unusual for the KOA's and didn't have this issue the last time we stayed.

Campsite 104 needs attention. It has a drainage ditch in the middle of it that has formed from hard rains and the gravel has all washed away. There was hard rain during my stay and I had a stream of water running under my camper and my site was a mud hole afterwards. No other issues. I mentioned something to the office about it but never seen anyone come look at it.

Beautiful park with great amenities only complaint is they have a nice large laundromat but it was filthy, trash cans all full and floors were disgusting.

It was our very first night of renting and staying in a RV. The staff was very helpful. The site was level and easy to back into. We only stayed the one night, but it looked like there were a lot of activities available to the campers. The campsites were decorated for Halloween already and that was fun to walk around and see

Stay was enjoyable except for a nuisance barking dog. Bounce pillow had a hole in it so it was flat. Kids playground was so tore up it wasn’t even safe to play on. Camper across was all adults and there were plenty of liquor bottles around their campsite the following morning. No such thing as quiet hours or security. It is a beautiful campground, but we arrived after dark and the spot you assigned us as awful. We never did get level. So it was an uncomfortable night. We would try you again, but would be selective of RV spot. Not only couldn’t we get level, the utilities were so spread out that we had a hard time hooking up . It is a beautiful campground- and we saw a lot of better spots the next morning.

The original site was very uneven. I was told when I made the reservation that it was a “great site and very level”. We asked if any other sites available they said none for the time we were there. We took a site and then moved to another site to finish our stay. This problem was consistent with other guest arriving. Bathrooms were not as clean as KOAs usually are. We were very disappointedov

Campground was clean and staff very friendly. However, the WiFi is non-existent, and the cable TV was nothing but fuzzy snow, and only 10 channels.

I enjoy many attractions that are available to enjoy. Old town Harper's Ferry is informative and exciting to visit. The KOA makes a stay there very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's plenty of things to do at the park and surrounding area. The showers and bathrooms are clean and roomy. I will be back hopefully in the near future.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
