Have been camping at the HF KOA for 14 years and have always had a great stay. Staff are always pleasant and accommodating! Was disappointed that they are now charging for the pancake breakfast. While only a dollar for three pancakes, it used to be a very nice amenity for free. Would love to see improvements to the pool -- it's nice and big, but doesn't compare to some campground water parks.

Paid over $80 a night to stay on a tiny plot of literal dirt (site 118) despite booking weeks in advance. Made things a disaster to keep clean and was an overall miserable experience. That site was in no way of reasonable condition to camp on. Quality of KOA's has gone downhill over the years and I think that was my last stay at one of them. Will no longer recommend staying at KOA's.

We very much enjoyed our stay - your place was clean, organized and very nice. My 25 year old daughter and myself went through the Hunted House and thought it was great!!! You all put a lot of time and effort into your Halloween Weekend and I very much enjoyed my stay and would tell all to come and camp with you. Thank you!

Always enjoy our stays at your K.O.A. Always something different each and every time. A Lot of History to take in at your surrounding areas. Your Park and Facilities are well maintained and clean. If We do experience an issue, the Staff tend to it right away.

Nice quiet park. Location was great base for our activities. We needed to use the laundry and it was quite dirty and many washers were broken.

Nice campground. Very nice camp store. Site was tight for our unit (trees). 30 outlet did not work so I had to use the 20 amp. Interior roads very rough.

Reserved for a 40’ trailer. Site was barely 40’ long. Vehicle had to be parked elsewhere. No shade at a lot of sites. Bigger rigs are best reserved in the premium sites, which of course cost more money.

The grounds are very clean and orderly. Great camp store and facilities. I’m sorry that we were too late for the pool as it looks very nice. We loved our campsite. It was spacious and convenient. However, we did have an intermittent sewer smell. We had friends stay in a cabin. It was very pricey at $189. The last morning they did not have hot water, which seems unacceptable given the price.

Such a beautiful weekend – the weather was perfect, the site was large and visited by deer in the early morning hours, the staff was friendly and informative of sites in the surrounding area. Re-booked already!

Please Remove the large rocks at the exit of the Patio Sites. They provide nothing and make leaving far more stressful than needed. Every camper I talked to has the same feelings. Trying to go around the road is just as bad as campers park to close and with a large RV impossible to make turn without asking many people to move. So please move them

Campsites are very close together and did not like having my neighbors sewage hose right at my door when i came out of trailer. Roads are way too narrow for the big vehicles going in and out. Hardly had enough room to park truck when we unhooked trailer. Camp ground was very nice as far as ammenities and activities. I was also supposed to get a refund for leaving a day early but have not receive

The sites on the hill (we were in the 30s) were very tight for exiting. One bathroom near the mini golf was very dirty inside. Visited Harper's Ferry on the Rivers. That was great.

Great location right next to National Park. Beautiful campground. Very nice site, easy in and out. Would have liked an escort to site as am used to at other KOAs. Eventually found the site and was an easy pull-through. Used the Laundry. Many machines not working but very convenient. Would certainly come back.

When we arrived, we were directed to our spot at check-in. When we got to the spot, it was occupied. We had to drive back to the reception desk and work to get another site assigned, which took several minutes. Once we parked, the site was nice and level. Considering the park was packed upon check-in on Saturday, the park was really quiet and well-kept. The proximity to the NP was excellent!

Wish we could have stayed longer than one night on our trip from Florida to Pennsylvania. Would definitely stay again!

It's a nice campground and staff was helpful. However though we had a pull thru site. having a 35 ft rv and towing, pulling in and out of sites was very difficult. The roads between sites are very narrow. We had to move from assigned site because it was too short and very unlevel. Some campers had front tires about a foot off the ground. We were lucky to be able to move site for more level one.

Very disappointed that I was asked for extra fees for my dogs when I arrived. We were there for just an overnight, came in late and left early. I had prepaid for my overnight..so why wasn’t that already included. Doubt I would ever return

Excellent stay. We love the Harper Ferry area. We enjoy the town and all the local wineries and breweries as well as all the beautiful hiking trails and scenery. We will be back.

Problem with the site when we initially arrived because of a tree in the middle so I couldn't get the travel trailer set because either the front door wouldn't open or I couldn't get the slide out to open. I call the number for help but was on hold forever, my wife ended up walking back up to registration and got a site change. Once we got the site changed, everything was good.

I tore my truck bed up trying to get in the site they wanted us in. The staff didn't say they were sorry or anything. This is my first KOA experience and scared to try more.

We were first given a spot that could not fit our camper size. We were then sent to a pull through site that had a sewer back up which was covered in raw sewage and lyme. We could not sit out and had to go buy tarps to cover the mess. We were reimbursed for our stay, but it ruined the whole weekend. We booked way in advance but weren't given many options.

The stay was great with the company we had and the weather but the campground itself is pretty crammed in and run down. We live locally but hadn't tried this one yet and would say some updates could be nice.

We arrived on a rainy Wednesday and could not get our trailer level in the mud. The first thing I would recommend would be to make sure all sites are level with gravel covering the entire site. The second recommendation would be to make sure everyone is abiding by the quiet hours. We had people partying until midnight on Friday. I feel security needs to be elevated when you have a packed house

Had another great weekend at the campground. Only complaint is that the firewood we purchased at the camp store was so wet we were not able to start a fire.

Good stay! The pull through site are very tight to turn out of, having to breach into neighbors site to run. Site was unlevel but it worked. The cable was out for most of our sat and the beautiful pool was closed. Those things being said, park was clean and staff is friendly. The location is fantastic and the activities are great!

Bath house was dirty! Site 36 was horrible! There was a slope in front so we couldn’t pull forward then we were being yelled at to bring in our awning. There was a huge Boulder across from our site almost on the road so no one could take a wide turn! You need to widen the roads and not blame the campers tring to relax and enjoy their site!!! The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
