Great KOA. Exactly what a KOA Holliday should be. Excellent gift shop, play ground, strong WiFi, cool hiking trail, very charming campground.

Clean campground in a beautiful setting. Quiet and kind campers all around the campground. Plenty of room at each site, with great rock fire rings. We’ll stay here again when back in Virginia. Thanks for being part of our vacation.

Entrance to park is one lane. Park is 4 miles from interstate on narrow winding road. Staff was very nice, sites spacious.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and the Wi-Fi worked great. Could not ask for more.

Very quiet stay for us. We stayed in the very back of the campground. The site was completely level. It took the fun out of breaking out the leveling blocks. The staff (including the chickens and ducks) was very accommodating. Always greeted with a smile. We will be back.

The park is nice, but it's not worth the price. The rates are comparable to major city RV prices. We'll likely find another place to stay when traveling through this area.

Loved the dog park and hiking trails. Wonderful staff and the facilities are so clean and organized. My husband and I had a nice campfire and enjoyed the quiet location of your campground.

We had a wonderful stay in the deluxe cabin for two nights. The cabin was clean, comfy, and cozy, and the perfect place to shelter from the rainy/windy weather. Our kids really enjoyed the playground and fishing pond, and we enjoyed the hike to the nearby watering hole. We loved how quiet this campsite was, and the KoA owners and staff were so kind and helpful. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

Route recommended at desk was unclear and roads to campsite were not clearly marked and they were rough and narrow with branches over the road. Wound up with a scratch from a branch on the side of my coach. PLEASE TRIM THE BRANCHES AND WIDEN THE ROADS!!!!

Just stayed overnight, travelling to florida. Kind of out of the way and hard to get down into the campground

loved the camp and the city. outgoing and friendly staff. helpful and eager. great people. unrelated to the koa and the wonderful employees, the county road connecting the highway to the campsite is dangerous, treacherous, and an embarrassment to the koa. i would love to return to this koa, but thanks to this horrible road, i won’t risk my family’s life to this unconscionable situation.

We didn’t have a whole lot of interaction with staff, but the campground was clean and we loved having a hiking trail on the property!

Every was super friendly, the cabin was nice and clean, and the dogs loved having the park so close by.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating and help me get my trailer situated on the site which was very helpful. The sewer drain was to high (site 56) and needed to be cut down so I was not able to drain my tanks. I have all types of supports for my hose but nothing would work short of cutting the pipe down. Overall a pleasant experience.

I was stopping there for one night great communication from owners as I was arriving after hours, unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore area, but wanted to make sure the owners knew how great of a job they do in a beautiful wooded campground to keep the trees by roadway cut high so many motor homes and RVs are very tall these days the attention to that was extraordinary hope to stay again

Beautiful campground near Shenandoah National Park and Luray, VA. Lots for the kid to do - they loved the playground and disc golf. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great KOA. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They let me switch from a tent site to cabin given an unexpected drop in the weather. The campground backs up to a trail leading into George Washington National Forest, so we had some fun exploring out there!

One night stay in our rv. Nice clean showers and bathrooms. Amenities seem really nice but it was too cold for us to use anything at this time.

We stopped at this campground for one night. We arrived late (9pm) due to traffic. We easily found our reservation on the board just inside the office door. It was on the bulletin board. Clear directions to our site. It had been snowing but we found our space had been plowed. Easily connected water and electric. We did not hook up our sewer and opted for the bathrooms instead. They were super clean, plenty of hot water and the room was warm. Unfortunately we never got to meet anyone since we arrived late and left early. I did get a chance to walk around the park with our dog. There were a few trailers on-site, a shed with chickens, cabins, rec area, disc golf etc. They even deliver pizza to your site during the regular season. We have decided we will visit this campground during a better season. You can tell the owners care a great deal about this campground

The staff was AMAZING and super friendly!! We went the week after Christmas and stayed after new years and we mostly had the place to ourselves with a handful of others campers. We started in site 15 but ended up moving to 56 which was super secluded facing the woods which is exactly what we were looking for. The sites that are crossed out are under construction starting this upcoming week. Bathroom are super clean along with the whole campground. They have a pond that you can fish out of and rent poles from the front desk, dog run/fenced in play area, family games available under pavilion and much more. Even one of the sites had a dog outdoor kennel between site 43 and 34. Campground is about 20-30 mins from skyline drive (you pay $30 for a weekly pass) where we hiked majority of the time. We also visited the Luray Caverns on a rainy day which was pretty cool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again if ever in the area!
