Our stay was great! This was our second time visiting this camp ground. The area is beautiful. The campground is clean and taken care of. The staff are kind and helpful.

Friendly staff. Clean facility with nice amenities. We loved our time here. We want to come back when it's not soooo hot. Thank you for a safe, reasonable place to park our camper on its 1st journey in our beautiful country!

We had a great time for our family reunion. The Saturday planned activities for the kids were very fun and Rachel did a great job making the events memorable for the kids. We also enjoyed the pool and the fishing pond, plus many other items that made our stay a special one. We will definitely be back at this location next summer.

Quiet campground, friendly hosts. WI FI was good. Cable TV was terrible. Few channels and poor reception.

Location was very clean with many amenities, but our site needed to be leveled off. Also the electric hookup was at the front of the lot and most campers have hookups towards the rear making it difficult to position. I suggested to the office to carry 30 amp extension cords as I would have purchased 1 to be better positioned at the site. All in all good experience though.

Tent camp site B6 was private and shaded. So much for our small kids to do, clean bathrooms with hot water, great laundry room with sink for cleaning dishes, quiet location literally in the mountains. Close to antique shops and luray caverns. Favorite KOA to date.

Our RV site was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed exploring the area.

Our stay was enjoyable. All of the facilities were very clean. The customer service is top-notch. Our only complaint/recommendation would be to put more comfortable mattresses in the cabins. Also, more electrical outlets inside and outside the cabins would be very helpful.

we reserved a 50 amp full hookup site. we had no cable tv. the site was not very level, one front tire was off the ground, had to put a block under it. distance from bottom step to the ground was over 12 in.

Beautiful tree shaded pull through sites. Very friendly staff. Camp host understanding when our camping /travel companions had a slider retraction issue. Been here before. Will return.

We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Loved the fire rings with the big rocks. Awesome place to stay!

We always enjoy our stay at your KOA. The only thing is you should mark the dead trees and be taking them down, we had one over our site 23/25, and with that storm Saturday night, I'm shocked it didn't drop limbs on our camper/truck. Other than that, we LOVE this Kampground and will be back time and time again!

General question : What’s with the the daily resort fee? Why is it separate from the daily charge? Do some people not have to pay it and others do? I see no reason for it being separate. Also no 10% discount on resort fee. Is that the reason?

The stay was great. Only thing was when I checked in we were told to use a campsite that was right next to another camper, when there were several other campsites available with more space between campers. We were allowed to switch, but would have been better if camp office had done that.

Plenty of space, clean park, great staff. I was able to get a pull through for my 28ft motorhome pulling utility trailer. Pet friendly. Easy in, easy out. I would come back.

I realize it was a weekend, and you have very little control over the guests, but it was a loud and boisterous night with people up past 11:30PM, talking loud and enjoying themselves. The facilities were nice, the hookups worked fine. It’s just a little too crowded with not enough distance between sites.

Charged fee for early arrival th whole campground empty. Come on! I’ve spent over a grand this month on KOA and you charge early arrival? Difference between 4&5 star.

The park was set up perfect for our fifth wheel. We had a great patio pull thru site that was level. We wish we could have stayed longer on this trip but will be back!

Beautiful campground. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were sparkling clean, the landscaping and grounds in general were beautiful and well maintained. So many campgrounds are just parking lots these days but this one was wooded and every site had a real camping feel. Far exceeded our expectations.

Nice smaller campground with gravel sites in the trees. A hilly setting. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Must travel for activities like hiking, sightseeing, shopping, etc.

One night stay in our rv. Nice clean showers and bathrooms. Amenities seem really nice but it was too cold for us to use anything at this time.

We stopped at this campground for one night. We arrived late (9pm) due to traffic. We easily found our reservation on the board just inside the office door. It was on the bulletin board. Clear directions to our site. It had been snowing but we found our space had been plowed. Easily connected water and electric. We did not hook up our sewer and opted for the bathrooms instead. They were super clean, plenty of hot water and the room was warm. Unfortunately we never got to meet anyone since we arrived late and left early. I did get a chance to walk around the park with our dog. There were a few trailers on-site, a shed with chickens, cabins, rec area, disc golf etc. They even deliver pizza to your site during the regular season. We have decided we will visit this campground during a better season. You can tell the owners care a great deal about this campground

The staff was AMAZING and super friendly!! We went the week after Christmas and stayed after new years and we mostly had the place to ourselves with a handful of others campers. We started in site 15 but ended up moving to 56 which was super secluded facing the woods which is exactly what we were looking for. The sites that are crossed out are under construction starting this upcoming week. Bathroom are super clean along with the whole campground. They have a pond that you can fish out of and rent poles from the front desk, dog run/fenced in play area, family games available under pavilion and much more. Even one of the sites had a dog outdoor kennel between site 43 and 34. Campground is about 20-30 mins from skyline drive (you pay $30 for a weekly pass) where we hiked majority of the time. We also visited the Luray Caverns on a rainy day which was pretty cool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again if ever in the area!
