Just did an overnight. The staff were courteous and helpful. Liked all the trees in the campground and the hiking trail through the woods.

Lots of narrow roads to get to the campground from the interstate. The bugs and mosquitos were bad. Folks at registration were great and very friendly. Park had plenty of trees and shade. Everyone was very friendly.

Liked campground. Very nice camp sites. Cable was not good at all. Should not have been charged extra for cable for the site that we were on.

Stay was great and very nice, quite, friendly campground located in Shenandoah Valley! Off the beaten path, but very clean, and site was good and level for most part. Very low key with activities for kids which was nice! Had to travel 15min back (North I-81) to Harrisonburg to eat as not much at KOA exit but a truck stop with Burger King. Would stay again for sure!

This was my first time ever camping in a campground, the campsites were clean, well spaced out, and accommodating. The firewood & Ice delivery was also a huge plus! Cleans bathrooms & showers! 10/10 would come again

Great spot. Visit almost every time on our way home to New York from Florida or Georgia. Amazingly friendly staff…very cool spot. �

Nice people nice wooded area. The bathrooms, showers in particular were not the standard i like to see at koa. Also, i think having ducks and chickens in the middle of camp is not ideal. Many travel with � dogs and mine in particular would have killed those chickens in a flash. Perhaps off to one side would make more sense. It added a ton of stress trying to make sure my dogs didn't hop

We came in for a one night stand. Was surprised the site's didn't have concrete pads but prices for the site reflect that I think. Otherwise, the staff was awesome and having g pizza and ice delivered to our site was a great perk!

First I’ll start with the positives. Friendly staff in office. I was told she was a new recent owner and the campground was a work in progress. We had a brand new gas grill and wooden deck which were very nice. We had a large camp site and it was very quiet. This campground was listed as a Holiday winning the Presidents Award. It was neither. Give the new owners time to cleanup.

Everything was as good as I could ask for. I woke up to a flat tire and had to wait for someone to arrive to fix it and I went to the office and asked if it was ok to stay on the site until the tire was repaired and was told I had a few hours until the next day's check in time and not to worry about it. they staf in the store and on the grounds were all very polite and friendly. I'll be back!

One night stay in our rv. Nice clean showers and bathrooms. Amenities seem really nice but it was too cold for us to use anything at this time.

We stopped at this campground for one night. We arrived late (9pm) due to traffic. We easily found our reservation on the board just inside the office door. It was on the bulletin board. Clear directions to our site. It had been snowing but we found our space had been plowed. Easily connected water and electric. We did not hook up our sewer and opted for the bathrooms instead. They were super clean, plenty of hot water and the room was warm. Unfortunately we never got to meet anyone since we arrived late and left early. I did get a chance to walk around the park with our dog. There were a few trailers on-site, a shed with chickens, cabins, rec area, disc golf etc. They even deliver pizza to your site during the regular season. We have decided we will visit this campground during a better season. You can tell the owners care a great deal about this campground

The staff was AMAZING and super friendly!! We went the week after Christmas and stayed after new years and we mostly had the place to ourselves with a handful of others campers. We started in site 15 but ended up moving to 56 which was super secluded facing the woods which is exactly what we were looking for. The sites that are crossed out are under construction starting this upcoming week. Bathroom are super clean along with the whole campground. They have a pond that you can fish out of and rent poles from the front desk, dog run/fenced in play area, family games available under pavilion and much more. Even one of the sites had a dog outdoor kennel between site 43 and 34. Campground is about 20-30 mins from skyline drive (you pay $30 for a weekly pass) where we hiked majority of the time. We also visited the Luray Caverns on a rainy day which was pretty cool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again if ever in the area!
