We just needed one overnight stay and we were glad we picked this campground. Convenient, easy in and out! Showers and bathroom facilities were great! Will return when in the area again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay in the newly expanded campsites. It was a hike to the dog park from the top of the hill but the park was clean in spite of having to prop a stone on the broken gate. Very friendly staff and great hiking and restaurants nearby.

Great staff, super clean CG!!! Finally a place where the sewer hookups are at the perfect level and angle. Definitely coming back for he Deluxe Patio Sites!!

We loved our stay here. The sites and the campground were very clean. All the people that worked there were very friendly. A great place to go and just chill by a fire.

Great return visit. Last time was a back in site after hours this time was a pull through reserved over the phone. Both were nice. We purchased a bundle of wood, fire starter, and matches from the camp store. Kids enjoyed the big playground waiting for laundry to dry. Only issues were washing machine not spinning and a late checkout fee though pull throughs empty and arrived late. A happy stay.

Great stay! We had 5 campers and a cabin the staff was very helpful getting us sites all together. The campground was very clean and we will be back.

This was a friendly quaint place. Spaces were a little small but great for my 20' camper. Bathrooms were cleaned and the staff was extra friendly. We will stay there again

The campground is kept neat & clean in a very beautiful place. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. It is on the expensive side compared to other campgrounds in the area. The campground advertises “PIZZA homemade and delivered fresh to your campsite.” We tried twice to order a pizza and both times the staff very rudely refused to make us a pizza.

Great stay! Our site was awesome with the walking trail nearby. Wish there was a 2nd bathhouse but the walk wasn't bad. We will be back!

First of all, this management is very unprofessional. I do understand that they have their own holiday schedules, but they SHOULD send an "email" to the visitors if they want not to be in their office entire date prior to visitors' arrival. In addition, the cabin was too small compared to its price, and inside was pretty cold. We experienced out of electricity and the repair was very slow.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and had a lovely time. The bathrooms were kept very clean and tidy but were a very far ways away from where we were. We Loved the large games down by the store and appreciated the dog run and playground.

We had a great time staying at Shenandoah KOA. The sites are well designed, especially the hearth style fire rings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again in the Spring. Thanks for letting us spend out Thanksgiving with you.

A one night stay as we were traveling back home from Martinsville VA. Everything was in order and we had a good evening and night to unwind from the day's travel in, at times, heavy rain. The staff was great and we were able to get our LP tank filled with ease and at a reasonable charge right at the check-in station.

One night stay in our rv. Nice clean showers and bathrooms. Amenities seem really nice but it was too cold for us to use anything at this time.

We stopped at this campground for one night. We arrived late (9pm) due to traffic. We easily found our reservation on the board just inside the office door. It was on the bulletin board. Clear directions to our site. It had been snowing but we found our space had been plowed. Easily connected water and electric. We did not hook up our sewer and opted for the bathrooms instead. They were super clean, plenty of hot water and the room was warm. Unfortunately we never got to meet anyone since we arrived late and left early. I did get a chance to walk around the park with our dog. There were a few trailers on-site, a shed with chickens, cabins, rec area, disc golf etc. They even deliver pizza to your site during the regular season. We have decided we will visit this campground during a better season. You can tell the owners care a great deal about this campground

The staff was AMAZING and super friendly!! We went the week after Christmas and stayed after new years and we mostly had the place to ourselves with a handful of others campers. We started in site 15 but ended up moving to 56 which was super secluded facing the woods which is exactly what we were looking for. The sites that are crossed out are under construction starting this upcoming week. Bathroom are super clean along with the whole campground. They have a pond that you can fish out of and rent poles from the front desk, dog run/fenced in play area, family games available under pavilion and much more. Even one of the sites had a dog outdoor kennel between site 43 and 34. Campground is about 20-30 mins from skyline drive (you pay $30 for a weekly pass) where we hiked majority of the time. We also visited the Luray Caverns on a rainy day which was pretty cool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again if ever in the area!
