Cancellation Deadlines:
No Call / No Show: Guests who do not arrive and do not notify the campground will be charged for the full stay.
Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. Service dogs are welcomed, although leash and aggressive behavior rules apply. You are required to pick up after your animal fury friends. Our pet fees apply to our lodging accommodations and vary depending on the size and type of accommodations.
Tents: Tents are permitted on “Tent Sites” only. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. If you would like to add a tent to an existing RV site or Lodging reservation please contact the front desk to inquire.
Vehicle Washing: Vehicle washing is not permitted on property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Be respectful of your neighbors. Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will forfeit their charges and will be required to leave the Resort.
Campfires: New York State Law: No wood may be brought into any campground that is NOT from within a 50-mile radius of that campground. You may purchase a bundle of wood at the KOA Office, or have it delivered to your site. Open fires are permitted in fire rings only - be sure your fire is out before retiring for the evening.
Speed Limit: The speed limit on the campground is 4mph. Drive slowly and carefully to keep our guest safe and minimize dust.
Visitors: If you are expecting visitors during your stay they must pay an entrance fee and register their vehicle at the Main Office.
Golf Carts: Golf cart rentals are available, reservations recommended. If you wish to bring your own golf cart please contact us directly to inquire. You must be 18 or older and provide a valid drivers license to rent a golf cart. You must have a valid drivers license to operate any golf cart. Golf carts can not cross the highway.
Pool: The pool will be open daily from Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a minimum of two adults. There must be a minimum of one adult on the pool deck at all times. For more information on pool hours, call 315.891.7355
Electric Vehicles: Vehicle charging is not allowed anywhere at the campground.
