We inadvertently asked for the wrong date but Nellie was very accommodating and found a spot for us and when we decided to stay an extra day she took care of us. It was easy to find and very restful for two very weary road warriors. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again.

Mgmt gave m a nice long site allowing me to keep my tow attached. The sites were improved to increase privacy. Great addition to premium sites were patio furniture and a grill.

The front office lady I came I contact with The Whole time I was their wasn’t the friendliest. But the site was pretty good.

Reservations people were extremely helpful in moving reservations and helping us pick a site. Only other important thing to note, we were really happy to have a little dog run in our campsite. How clever! The issue is that people from all over the camp were using it. Last note is dogs overall. There were so many dogs running around unleashed, we didn't feel safe walking around

The staff was so helpful. I showed up a day early and then after telling them I was going to stay 2 days.... decided to stay only 1, due to problems with our vehicle being towed). The refunded the day and lined me up with a site for the night. All with a smile!

Loved it, very relaxing. Was a clean campus. Stayed in cabin J, liked it so much we ask if there was availability for one more night! Kids loved the playground! Great store. Wish the pool was still open. We still had a wonderful stay. Will be back!

Our Deluxe cabin had everything we needed. Good price. Close to the Petrified Forest. The pandemic seems to have taken its toll on the town of Holbrook. Sad All in all I would return if in the area.

Stayed twice, once going to Arkansas and once coming home. Water pressure in ladies showers leaves a lot to be desired

Bathrooms were clean. Needed a better shower curtain but it is late in the season. Staff was very nice, sites were level, convenient off of highway. Trains whistled through all night, but got used to them.

Employees went out of their way to help with air our needs. Excellent place to stay. We have a 40’ motor home with tow 65’ long.

We enjoyed our time in Holbrook and the KOA suited us just fine. We could only get a premium patio site but it was very nice. All utilities worked well, site was long enough for our 40ft motorhome and jeep. Site felt private with fencing on each side, I think this helped with any road noise as well, seemed pretty quiet.

sites were good the only draw back was the location of the trash in respect to where we camped. there needs to be more trash bins or you need to come by the camp sites every day and pick up trash because all the dog wast trash cans were full with regular trash.

Short stay to tour the Petrified Forest. This campground offered everything we needed including convenience and Avery friendly staff.

Beautiful place, loved the cabin. The bed was very comfy. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower: the water went cold very quickly, within 2-3 minutes of having the hot water on and there was a part of the shower head that felt like a knife stabbing you. I

Nice covered shelter with picnic table and sink at each tent site. Enclosed private area with shade which helped reduce wind. Nice heated bathrooms. Road noise from nearby highway and railroad made sleeping nearly impossible.

The location is very convenient to Petrified Forest NP. The sites were a little tight, though, and it was difficult to determine which space was actually yours. Also, twice large Class As towing parked next to us without unhooking. They extended out of the campsite in both directions. If we had needed to leave, we couldn't have pulled out of our site.

Arrived, unloaded car, made bed & had everything set up to relax after long drive. Used microwave to heat some food & all electric went out in Kabin. After 1 1/2 hours, maintenance unable to repair so had to load everything back up & move to another Kabin. Maintenance very apologetic & promised $20 credit for trouble which I did receive. Office staff, especially young girl not very sympathetic.

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
