Very dissatisfied with location. Kids enjoyed playground and the super tent site had potential. Unfortunately, place is in need of serious help. The back has a dump pile and rotting away RVs. The bathroom was clean enough, but stall doors open over the toilet and make it extremely hard to get into. Our site had a water leak overnight with no way to turn off. Flooded tent site.

Remember you asked me: I pulled in after hours due to travel conditions. It had rained at this KOA before my arrival. I had reserved a tent site. The site had almost no grass and was surrounded by mud. The ''front' men's bathroom was closed so I was instructed to go to the 'back' bathroom which was only partially open and I had to walk through the mud to get to it. I didn't bother with my tent.

Too much road noise from the Interstate due to no sound wall between Camp Tent Sites, bathroom were very unkept, with urnal out of order, stools full of fecal matter, stall so small, you have to climb back of stools, plus you could not fastened doors closed. Will not be staying here anymore

Adequate facilities. Would have liked to see more grass instead of dirt in the "grassy area" at the tent site. The main issue was the incessant, constant and loud, highway and railway noise all through the night.

Half of the campground lights were burned out, the WiFi didn’t work, and the bathroom floors were filthy. I’ve had better campground experiences at far cheaper places.

The showers were not clean, 2 of the 4 sinks didn’t work. We had an issue after hours and the hosts saw us, but ignored it. Nevertheless the cancellation due to the snow storm was easy enough. Our site was good.

The nice lady at the front dest accommodated us on our way to the Petrified Forest National Park. She got us a nice spot to park our mini van camper. It was a fenced in private tent site. At a cheaper rate than paying for hookups we didn't need. I'm sure if KOA wound invest in just a spot to park for the night. Many travelers like us would utilize them more often. Thank you.

Very nice campground. Shower houses were very cleans rn well maintained. Our deluxe camping spot was so nice. We had some privacy and extra shelter from the wind. Very nice location too! This campground got very quiet at night so we got some good sleep!! One of the best KOAs we have stayed at!

Arrived after 6 pm and site was dark with no lights around; sink had leaves; no water; so different from the picture on website. Went and stayed at hotel.

Nice covered shelter with picnic table and sink at each tent site. Enclosed private area with shade which helped reduce wind. Nice heated bathrooms. Road noise from nearby highway and railroad made sleeping nearly impossible.

The site had trash everywhere, there was no water hooked up like it said there was. The restrooms and showers were nasty

Awesome tent site - was able to park my VW bus in shade and out of the way! Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there in the past and plan on staying during future travels.

Bathrooms were horrible. They were old and tiles were cracking. One toilet was hopelessly backed up and urinal was out of service. Showers were hot but not much else. They touted their WiFi, but we could never connect to it. Overall, complex did not feel very comfortable or hospitable. We have visited other campgrounds in the area that were much nicer and I will not be returning there.

The campsite was great, but the showers were not great. All the showerheads were messed up and had sprayed the ceiling so much, the paint was coming off and they were mildewy. Other than that, everything was good!

Campsite was ready, attendant in the office was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Clean, quiet, and convenient to Petrified Forest National Park. A great option if that is your destination!

Campground was nice enough, but it's location next to the interstate (less than 100 feet away) made tent camping miserable. We ended up leaving and getting a hotel. I'm sure the experience would have been better if we had an RV. Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holbrook KOA. The kids loved the playground. The adults wished the tent sites had closer toilets for those nighttime hikes - they don't also need showers. The ones they have are super.

Very loud. Due to its proximity to hwy40 you get to hear semi trucks running all night long. The site was ok and everything was clean and easy. Just loud. A wall along the hwy side of the site would make a huge difference.

Bathroom Stall doors are too large to open into the Stalls, they should open out. There is plenty of room to open the doors outward, not much with the door opening inward. Water sprinklers should only turn on when there is no tent pitched on that particular site. Found all shoes soaked in the morning.

It was great staying there even though we came late and didn’t get to make a reservation. Staffs were friendly. I would suggest next time to put some envelopes outside after office hours for late campers. Total very satisfied with our stay.

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
