Very nice and clean bathroom “suites”. Cleanest laundry room I’ve seen in a KOA. Allowed us a late check out. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was well stocked and very nice. We've stayed in RV sites on previous visits and have alway enjoyed the park. The only concern we had was that the shower would fluctuate wildly between hot (scalding) and cold (freezing) which is not only uncomfortable, but could be quite dangerous. If this was fixed, it would be near perfect.

Close and convenient to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert this lively campground has treed lots with some privacy and enough space between neighbors.

The site had trash everywhere, there was no water hooked up like it said there was. The restrooms and showers were nasty

This was a really nice campground. The site's were spacious. It is close to the Painted Desert and Petrified Forrest.

Check in and site escort terrific. Pretty park. Very clean. 50Amp worked well. WiFi a little weak.

Staff was welcoming. Clean cabin and kit here was clean-full-sized refrigerator . Had patio, picnic tables chairs a d a fire pit. Close to Petrified Forrest, Holbrook nice small town

We enjoyed the campground very much. Many of the amenities were not available to campers because of the season and the pandemic but the park was clean and well maintained. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our site was large and level. Dog waling was excellent. Few parks have dog washing areas which we did not avail ourselves of but this was great to consider. The casino is close by.

Not enough lighting…. Restrooms near our site were padlocked. Entire campground was not maintained. Some sites were not very level and not maintained.

Great location for Painted Desert & Petrified Forest NP. Nice wide sites albeit a bit rutted and unlevel. Ours (#40) had a fence next to it to block the highway noise a bit. Gravel roads. Good water pressure. The faucet came off in my hand when I turned it but someone came to replace it within and hour. Good Mexican restaurant up the street. Weak wifi.

Nice place with easy access from the highway but not that much highway noise. WiFi was OK. Cable excellent. Nice wide spots for big rigs and no need to unhook, if you are just spending one night. Firendly staff. Nice store. Yes, I'll use again if in the area.

Awesome tent site - was able to park my VW bus in shade and out of the way! Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there in the past and plan on staying during future travels.

While cabin I stayed in was cute there were issues. Huge cockroaches in the bathroom, the window curtain is completely sheer so NO privacy, the toilet is NOT bolted to the floor properly, and the refrigerator did NOT work, 1 to 2 inch gaps in door you can see right outside. No heater. Loud highway traffic, very difficult to sleep. Definitely NOT worth the money, and a major disappointment.

Website is very misleading. We were going to stay 2 nights, but only stayed one. Pool hasn't been open for years, they are 18 miles from the Petrified Forest, one set of restrooms were locked. The site was large - that was a plus.

we just needed one night... I am frustrated that KOA is making it dificult to stay with 50amp space. I do not want the patio, bar.b que and chairs when I just need a space for the night. Holbrook KOA was very accomidating.

It's an interesting town with reasonable access to Petrified Forest National Park. As with all KOA's, it seems to be backed up to a major road. In this case, it was I-40 with easy access to and from KOA. The KOA facilities are clean and maintenance is responsive with items like a damaged TV cable. A pleasant but brief stay.

We were told that our site was a 75 foot pull thru and that we wouldn’t have to unhook our towed vehicle. Wrong on both accounts. The site was lucky to fit our 34 foot motor home, let alone the towed vehicle. I will not recommend this KOA.

A 5 for outstanding service while we decided whether to wait out a windstorm. In and out easy; great staff. Men's bathrooms need an upgrade. Sink fixture do not match. Stall are too short; one needs to move around the toilet to close the door - add two feet to the stall. Water was hot but toilets did not flush the first time.

We had a motorhome for 18 years and recently sold it. So this time we stayed in a cabin. Very good choice and we can still use out KOA card!

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
