The must frustrating part of our visit came from the staff . We changed our reservation from a tent site to an RV site and for whatever reason this ended up in us being charged double and spending a crazy amount of time trying to check in and I’m still waiting on my bill to see if I got double charged. Please train the staff so nobody else has to waste vacation!

Absolutely loved my cabin!! I will never stay at another one without a bathroom. This campground is very nice, well lot at night. Lots of grass areas and overall a great place. Can't wait to go back.

Convenient location for us when returning to AZ from our cross country RV trips. Cable TV reception quality at this park continues to be a problem.

Our lot was very narrow and therefore it was not enjoyable to sit outside next to the black water hose of the neighbor. Their rig was so close, it felt like at an trailer exhibition with no nature visible from our bench. Not good for a dog walk. Only big sharp rocks on the campground and no path to walk. That the KOA sign was falling apart was disappointing. Not appropriate for a KOA.

This KOA was like an oasis in the desert! Plenty of space, good water pressure, great people and store up front.

Everything was great except for a lack of a late checkout time. We requested a couple of hours. The RV park was pretty much empty but when we inquired about a late check out so we could see both the Petrified Forrest and the Painted Desert we were told we would have to pay for a complete other night. We said we were willing to pay for the two hours but they were unable to accommodate us.

The park was fine and the folks at the desk were friendly and helpful but we needed to do laundry and of the 5 washing machines, three were not working. There were only two out of the four the dryers that worked and they're ability to dry was very poor. If you need to do laundry I would look elsewhere.

Bathrooms were disgusting, trash in one location which was inconvenient.

I really like the new showers, my dog liked the dog park. Easy on and off the freeway.

The pull through was not big enough to stay connected despite my intentions to stay one night and get back on the road early. The laundry is an after thought, way too small and the dryers took two to three cycles to dry my clothes. The dryers also only ran for 15 minutes despite saying that they ran 20 minutes.

We were very late coming so I phoned& I was directed to where to pick up info & our site #. The only complaint was where we were to park was so dark we couldn’t see where to go. Thankfully our next door campers were just coming back & they directed us. The site was so clean & easy to park plus get out of. Very nice place.

It was okay for a overnight they are kind of close together. Other then that it was good WiFi no cable unless you stayed in the experience sites.

Our first site had a power problem. The team at the KOA took good care of us and were quick to find us another site that worked for us.

Nice clean bathrooms. Very small laundry facilities for such a large campground. Two dryers & 1 washer out of service didn’t help. Very nice camp store!

Had problem with cable when I got there and maintenance man took care of me and did a great job. Stayed two nights and would stay there again.

Good place to stay for a couple of days while seeing the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest. Facility was clean. Staff friendly & helpful.

we have stayed there a few times and it is always superb we love staying here the beds are very comfortable and the people are always very nice we stay here anytime we travel thru arizona. wonderful place

Friendly staff, easy in and out, all sites have trees and no lack of shade, general store at front entrance. Privacy fence around perimeter. The only down side if is actually is the campground is in town but that was not a deterrent for us. They allow pets too without a charge as some do have a fee.

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
