Really enjoyed our wide,full hookups, pull through site with paw pen for our dogs while we set up and break down our rig. Best WiFi of any campground that we've stayed at and DirecTV channel list.

The man who works there extremely rude. When I asked for help because the office was closed an hour early he said, sorry I'm off the clock so I can't help you. When I said I wanted to extend our stay he said no I'm not helping you I'M OFF THE CLOCK! And said he didn't care if I left a bad review, Worst KOA ever!

Filthy bathrooms/showers. Like really gross, hair, old razors, empty shampoo bottles. Not lighted well inside or out. Laundry room could use an update as well. The staff is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable about the area and cheerful. The grounds are completely lacking.

We were only here one night but the site was clean, level and easily accessible. The proximity to Meteor Crater was perfect. There is not much around but that also made for amazing views of the stars at night.

We Loved It!!!!!! The site we had #59 was absolutely wonderful. The individual patios offered a bit of privacy. The spaces were huge and allowed us to park both the Truck and 5th Wheel in the same space. We will definitely be back!

This visit was really great. Site was relatively level. It’s always been a well ran operation. Staff was friendly and always like the stop.

Had a great time at the Holbrook Petrified Forest KOA. WiFi was a little spotty but other than that, no complaints. Camp store was one of the best we've seen.

Site 64 is considered a premium site but it had construction underway, no working cable, no cushions on the dilapidated furniture, and soft gravel piles due to construction. At check in we were told cable was intermittent so we were offered a $5 discount although there was no active cable at all. This site should have been offered at a severe discount due to the construction. Really, KOA?

This is always our first stop when traveling east from home. There have been many nice upgrades that we have seen over the years, and everything was to our satisfaction during this stay.

This was our 8th or 9th stay at this specific campground. One of our very favorites, we love KOA. Always know what to expect, clean, friendly and great on the wallet.

It would have gotten a 10, except there is no fenced in dog area. What is called a “dog walk” is a 1 ft wide path between a fence and bushes. There are many grassy areas, all of which have “No pets” signs prominently displayed. Good internet and cable channels.

We loved our extra wide spot #32 but the plants had been watered before we checked in and it overflows and leaves a huge muddy mess. It was already being watered again in the morning before we could pack and check out. Glad we had a spare pair of shoes. Groundskeeper should have already been aware of this.

big Kamp, lots of spaces with plenty of gravel. Right of I40 but not real noisy. Grounds were clean except in the spot we camped along with the neighboring pull through site, which had dog poop on both.

We stayed at the Holbrook/ Petrified Forest KOA on our way to CO and again on our way back from CO. The KOA was very clean. The landscape and privacy fences were a nice touch. I recommend the spots with a patio and patio furniture. It was nice to sit out on the patio and watch the sky as the sun set. The patio furniture is nice and comfy. So glad there is a KOA in Holbrook to stay at.

The upgrade cabin was excellent, very well done. The room was impeccably clean, much better than a hotel. The staff especially the cleaning lady was awesome. I will stay again as I do business in the area. Thank you!

Way over priced. The good-privacy fence divider, trees help shade, full hook ups, patio nice, kids park nice.Bad-the fire pit was not a fire pit. It was a patio fire table all rusted out. You could not burn wood on it. Grill was filthy. Bathroom stunk like backed up sewage. Basketball hoop broke and ball destroyed. Pool ok. Whole place needs a bit more care. Way way over priced.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holbrook KOA. The kids loved the playground. The adults wished the tent sites had closer toilets for those nighttime hikes - they don't also need showers. The ones they have are super.

I appreciated the fast check-in process. The campground was clean and quiet. This KOA was a great overnight stop while traveling across the state.

It’s a well kept campground and easy to get to from I-40. Nearby food establishments, grocery and hardware stores. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The shore power went out due to a bad park breaker, but the maintenance staff fixed it quickly and checked back to make sure we were up and running! We will go back again and recommend it to our friends!

Staying at Holbrook KOA was a wonderful experience as always! Thank you Miranda, Don, and staff. The Holbrook KOA would be perfect again if you resumed your "Cowboy Cookout" food service! It is really sad and discouraging that your usually absent California owner does NOT care about your camping customers as much as your WONDERFUL staff! Dr. Doug

I’m so happy we decided to stop here. So close to highway and the place was awesome. The park was clean and the site we stayed in was amazing. Patio , with furniture and privacy fence !! We stayed on our way back also . This is my new favorite place and we will be stopping whenever we are in the area.

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
