Unfortunately we were put in a site that was way too small for our camper and pickup - there was no room for our truck to park. We also paid for cable which did not work and we were not refunded anything for that.

Main building Mens Restroom was closed for ‘remodeling’. The more remote restroom / shower facility was marginally functional. The mens urinal was out of order and the shower drained backed up when taking a shower. This is a very ‘tired and rundown’ operation that is in serious need of renovation.

The stay was very nice. The staff were all very cordial. The campground and bathrooms are very well maintained. We would go there again. As a matter of fact we going there again at the end of the month.

2 of the 5 washers were out of order. 3 dryers were also out of order. Lint traps in dryers were very full and dirty.

We just stayed the one night. But upon arrival, the stage was very friendly. Had paperwork all ready for us. So check in was super easy. Office looked very clean. Site was clean and nice and wide for us.

Remember you asked me: I pulled in after hours due to travel conditions. It had rained at this KOA before my arrival. I had reserved a tent site. The site had almost no grass and was surrounded by mud. The ''front' men's bathroom was closed so I was instructed to go to the 'back' bathroom which was only partially open and I had to walk through the mud to get to it. I didn't bother with my tent.

Great KOA with great staff!!!!! Grounds are beautiful. Easy access from I40. Lots to visit in the area. Great restaurant across the street from KOA. We plan to visit again in May.

We enjoyed the full hookups but this campground is in desperate need of updates to the restrooms. Also I don’t think they were cleaned during our stay. The outdoor kitchen was also outdated and so dirty we didn’t use it.

Site was good, but restrooms were filthy. Toilets plugged, no toilet paper, and trash cans were overflowing.

We were there to see the petrified forest, it was a nice place to stay, it was close to everything we wanted to see. We did not bring our trailer so we stayed in the cabins. They were very nice. We have stayed in the KOA cabins before. Brought my grandkids, they really loved the playground. Actually think they enjoyed the playground compared to the petrified forest.

Cabin was very clean. Bathrooms need remodeling, they felt dirty due to age related build-up. Dish washing stations are inadequate and not cleaned

Apathetic to down right rude staff at checkin and while walking the park with my dogs. I got yelled at by a man screaming at me that the area (I thought was the K9 area) was off limits as belonged to a single coach. Further, this site double charged me for 2 reservations, then charged me a $10 cancellation fee for one to clear up the mess. I do not recommend this site at all.

Cabin was clean and had everything we needed: bedding, towels, etc! Manager was very helpful, even turned the heat on for us! Perfect location for day trips. I'd definitely stay here aging if I was in the area

Very difficult to get the tv to work, remote needed new batteries that we luckily had since we had been camping.

Not worthy of the KOA brand. Substandard accommodations: ridiculous dog run (maybe 5'x5' with astroturf?!), poorly laid out, a really loud obnoxious family staying in a house on the grounds while using lots of profanity around children and running a dune buggy around the campground. We won't be back.

Welcoming staff, large level sites and close to the Petrified Forest NP. Like most KOA Journeys it is close to the highway (I-40), but a solid choice for a couple of nights.

The sites were crammed together and it looked like a parking lot. So close together a trailer could not make the turn into his site, hit the picnic table and almost our camper. No effort put into making it look nice with landscaping. Just a big parking lot

We use this as a stop on the way cross country, so we don't use many of the facilities, but what we need they have and that's OK by us.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay while exploring the Petrified Forest National Park. Site was spacious for our 42' 5th wheel & F-350 long-bed dually. No issues with power, water, or sewer. The only negative was the laundry. 3 of the 6 washing machines were out of order and 2 of the 3 that did work, left our clothes quite damp. 3 of the 8 dryers were also out of order.

Clean nice park. Needed propane, staff had me drop the tank during check-in, filled it and brought to me after I was setup. Very clean bathrooms. Overall a nice park and a pleasant stay.

Seems like alot of people live at the park and drive around and have party's in the street. We felt like we were staying at someone's residence. It's also not near the Petrified Forest..

Campground is well kept but the second set of bathroom need some care. They were not clean & the toilets in the men's restroom were both clogged (& were the only mens available as they are remodeling the main one). The staff were helpful and surprisingly it was quiet even with I40 nearby.

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
