Town is a disappointment in general. Park is ok. Owners and staff are pretty friendly. All gravel with low spots. Fine for us. We were there one night.

I know the owners/management can’t control the weather but our site was extremely muddy from the snow that passed through the area a couple of days before we arrived. I would have ask for another site but most sites appeared to be about the same. Some additional gravel throughout the park would have made a big difference. The staff was friendly and the park was nice other than the mud.

The campground was about 50% mud and 50% gravel. Our site had 2 big piles of dog poop and 2 empty plastic water bottles on it when we arrived. Location is convenient for us driving from NW Colorado to Phoenix and there aren’t many other options so chances are we’ll probably stay here again.

Second time in 3 months and consistently great! This time we rented the cabin with a shower. Nice hot shower! Bed was very comfortable and we (our fur babies) we’re warm and toasty! One suggestion: leave porch light on and turn on heater!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had to stay an extra day because the weather was really bad and they were nice and helpful.

2nd time here....place was a muddy mess after recent snow melt and the back bathroom is still closed a year later

Arrived after sunset, park was poorly illuminated. Took dog for a walk and walked through mud over the soles of my shoes. In the morning you could see there had been a water leak. Was informed they closed at 6 PM, called at 5:50 and left a message but no return call.

The showers were not clean, 2 of the 4 sinks didn’t work. We had an issue after hours and the hosts saw us, but ignored it. Nevertheless the cancellation due to the snow storm was easy enough. Our site was good.

got in 10 pm ish and the bath house was clean and warm. only stayed for a few hours sleep appreciate the hosts. would like to visit in the day time.

There was dog poop at our site and sites on either side of us!! No one cleaned up the sites after previous guests left! Bathrooms were dirty!! My husband always uses the shower house and rates them and gave it a D!! Great location and has a lot of potential but management needs to care a little more!!

This was our second time at the Holbrook KOA. The location is great, sites are nice, large, level. The staff is always very friendly and nice. My only complaint is the bathrooms need way better attention, especially the showers. They have hair in the drains. The garbage was full and the paper towels didn't work. Otherwise, everything was great.

My only real issue is that when you are asked if you have pets and you say no, they camphost should make sure your site is free of piles of dog "droppings". Just off our patio there were piles of droppings everywhere. I found this unacceptable. Even IF I had pets, the sites should be cleaned daily. The staff was great in the office but the grounds keeper should be more attentive to the sites.

Nice and quiet (off season). When using the dump at site 50 it overflowed. Maybe frozen under ground? Mentioned it to campground Maintenance and he said he would take care of it.

The privacy fence is a great addition and the patio was worth it. The bathrooms were clean and warm some of the washers didn’t work but a little patience is all it took to wait for a washer. Great stay. Oh and Mesa Italian has great pizza.

We stayed three nights. Kids loved the playground. Laundry facilities were clean, bathrooms and showers were clean. Would stay again!

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
