Very convenient location with a cozy cabin. Clean and homey feeling made the stay very enjoyable.

We were just passing through, so the stay was good. One item of note about cabin A. The deadbolt lock did not operate very well. it took us many tries to get it to unlock from both the outside with the key and inside using the turn handle. I was a bit concerned the first time while in the cabin, that we might not be able to get back out. The deadbolt mechanism should be fixed or replaced. Regards

We loved the cabin we were in. There was road traffic because it was close to the highway. It could have been cleaned a little better (food left in fridge from previous folks and fridge/freezer needed to be wiped out).

We had a cabin, an RV site and tent site They were all great. The cabin was alot more than expected and worked great for my Daughter and the grandkids.

Had cabin F. Nice cabin, clean. TV reception spotty. Hot water was an issue with shower. Needed to turn on sink water to leave on for hot water to stay on in shower. Other than that good place.

Loved it, very relaxing. Was a clean campus. Stayed in cabin J, liked it so much we ask if there was availability for one more night! Kids loved the playground! Great store. Wish the pool was still open. We still had a wonderful stay. Will be back!

Our Deluxe cabin had everything we needed. Good price. Close to the Petrified Forest. The pandemic seems to have taken its toll on the town of Holbrook. Sad All in all I would return if in the area.

Beautiful place, loved the cabin. The bed was very comfy. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower: the water went cold very quickly, within 2-3 minutes of having the hot water on and there was a part of the shower head that felt like a knife stabbing you. I

Arrived, unloaded car, made bed & had everything set up to relax after long drive. Used microwave to heat some food & all electric went out in Kabin. After 1 1/2 hours, maintenance unable to repair so had to load everything back up & move to another Kabin. Maintenance very apologetic & promised $20 credit for trouble which I did receive. Office staff, especially young girl not very sympathetic.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was well stocked and very nice. We've stayed in RV sites on previous visits and have alway enjoyed the park. The only concern we had was that the shower would fluctuate wildly between hot (scalding) and cold (freezing) which is not only uncomfortable, but could be quite dangerous. If this was fixed, it would be near perfect.

Staff was welcoming. Clean cabin and kit here was clean-full-sized refrigerator . Had patio, picnic tables chairs a d a fire pit. Close to Petrified Forrest, Holbrook nice small town

While cabin I stayed in was cute there were issues. Huge cockroaches in the bathroom, the window curtain is completely sheer so NO privacy, the toilet is NOT bolted to the floor properly, and the refrigerator did NOT work, 1 to 2 inch gaps in door you can see right outside. No heater. Loud highway traffic, very difficult to sleep. Definitely NOT worth the money, and a major disappointment.

We had a motorhome for 18 years and recently sold it. So this time we stayed in a cabin. Very good choice and we can still use out KOA card!

Absolutely loved my cabin!! I will never stay at another one without a bathroom. This campground is very nice, well lot at night. Lots of grass areas and overall a great place. Can't wait to go back.

we have stayed there a few times and it is always superb we love staying here the beds are very comfortable and the people are always very nice we stay here anytime we travel thru arizona. wonderful place

In general, the cabin is a nice facility. Our bathroom door lock (the wooden bar) was broken such that my wife couldn't even open it. I hurt my hand trying to use it. This one small (and easily fixable) issue knocked the stay down from 5-stars.

Nice place to stay. Really enjoyed my cabin with the bathroom inside. Did not have to walk to the bathroom. Will stay here again. Keep up the great work.

It was cute but there were dead bugs and bug shells on the pillows and bed. They may have dusted above bed after making it? Asked for two flat sheets and blanket. Slept on top of bedding. Couldn't sit on patio with dogs due to ants all over the porch. A little disappointed. Shower was great though. Maybe a coffee maker would have been good.

We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom. They had taken an older basic basic cabin and extended it to add a bathroom. The bathroom addition was a very nice addition although the original cabin was a bit worn. The curtains on the window were thin and didn’t prevent the inside of the cabin from being visible at night. There were also gaps around the door so air and bugs could get into the cabin.

I felt the camping cabin and restrooms were wonderful, but the other camping cabins also had a small microwave oven in it which this one didn’t have. Other than that I loved your campgrounds and would definitely stay there again.

Cabin was clean as was the park. Staff was helpful. It was difficult to access the cabin as the front step was very high and needed a small ramp or another step in front. Cabins are fairly close together and neighbors kept their 2 dogs tied up outside so their was a fair amount of barking.

The upgrade cabin was excellent, very well done. The room was impeccably clean, much better than a hotel. The staff especially the cleaning lady was awesome. I will stay again as I do business in the area. Thank you!

Cabin was wonderful! Nice outdoor area! Would have been nicer if there were grates over fire pit. Also, why do no KOA cabins have locks on their bathroom doors? Great location to visit many cool places!

Didn’t feel COVID clean to me. Lots of train noise. But the a/c in the little cabins is super. Loved that!

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
