Very nice park far better than the KOA JOURNEY EAST IN ALBUQUERQUE NM, a little tight on the turns getting out, nice space size, nice dog park, quiet, easy on and easy on I-40, easy access to town for restaurants, fuel, food

Over five people in the office - no one with a mask!!! Had to walk up to office, as a guest in one of the cottages was given the wrong information about parking and he had to move his vehicle to accommodate us and the parking of our fifth wheel. After staying at many KOA's throughout the years, I felt that the staff needed more training on customer service.

The location was okay but that was really the only good thing about this park. Dirty, dirty, dirty.

Not the nicest KOA we ever stayed at, and the office people were cordial but not friendly.

This is a great campground. We loved our private fenced spot. Showers were great. All around wonderful stay.

We spent two nights at the park in order to visit Petrified Forest National Park. The parki is clean and well maintained. The park store is well stocked with various items. This is our second stay at Holbrook KOA. It is convenient when traveling I 40.

Again nice stay and location is wonderful. Please put some lights in dog run and some grass. If you were a dog would you only want weeds and dirt?

Stayed overnight on Thanksgiving day. Reached campground late evening and was surprised to see campground security show up while I was hooking up my motorhome to make sure I was doing alright. I was not expecting anybody on Thanksgiving day. It is a nice a campground. Bathrooms room were very clean. Would definitely stay again if I am in this area.

Stopped for one night on our way across the country. Easy in and out. Biggest complaint was since it was after the 4:00 online check in, I had to call to see about availability. I called 3 times and left a message asking about availability, but no one answered or returned my calls. We took a chance and rolled in, which worked out, but I’d rather know ahead of time.

We have stayed at this koa before. Its been alittle while but the improvements made here have been great!! Nice pergolas, more trees, private fenced pull throughs and small fence at your site for your dog. These improvements are different depending on the site you choose but very nice. Park was clean and site was level. I will stay here again.

Nice site with space, however wish some grass and trees would be nice. Also suggest placing a few lights in the Dog runs as it’s really dark.

At check in the woman was less then friendly but didn't have a lot of interaction. Camp ground was clean and easy in and out for us.

There were very few trailers and they placed most trailers together. I know we paid the highest price but we had Neighbors on both sides while the entire Camp was empty. Not much courtesy when asked if they offered coffee for cost they invited us to walk about a half a mile to a Circle K.

I loved the large patio site. The sites with dog pens are nice too. The people are great. The facilities need updating.

Many guests over time have not cleaned up after their dogs. There is a lot of accumulated poo scattered around the dog walk and camping areas. Recommend staff, periodically, clean the yards.

I booked my site 3 months in advance. I wide site for comfort. This reservation was confirmed. However when I arrived I was took your site is a standard, site #17. When I asked why I couldn't have the site type I was confirmed for I was told. "Sometime our boss will move sites if he feels you site is to big for you." If you confirmed and took my money 3 months ago you should honor it �

Have used it twice for overnight not sure there is enough to do in Holbrook for more than a couple nights but like doing overnights at KOA campgrounds because they are pretty well kept and seem safe

Neat place with a museum inside. Everything is extremely breakable and beautiful. There are these cute little picture opportunities outside too😉
