Southbound from Anchorage: At the Seward cutoff, go right toward Homer/Soldotna/Kenai, through Cooper Landing, to the end of the road. KOA is at mile 169, the first driveway shared with the Marathon station. Keep right. If you crest the hill, you've gone too far (but the view will be spectacular!).

Happiness is always found with ice cream! Every evening from 7:30pm to 8:30pm we offer a discount for hand-scooped ice cream at the ShortStop station. Stop by the campground office for a discount coupon or prepaid coupon to give to someone special.
