Great place! The kids loved the zip line and the pool. The cabin was clean and in a great location. Loved being close enough for a drive to Kansas City but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was fabulous.

We love coming here. The campground is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are tons of amenities for kids.

This was once a premier campground, but it has fallen on hard times. Specific problems include 1. Drainage. It rained, and we could not enter or depart our campsite without walking through water and mud. More rock on the campsites 2. Campsites have been shortened to the point where it is impossible to park a vehicle and a 25 foot camper on the site. 3. 9-5 Camp store hours must be expanded.

Arrived late, smooth check in, ordered pizza, escorted to our spot. Pizza arrived just as I finished setting up. Nice, friendly folks, clean bathroom and showers. Relatively quiet park with lots of friendly people.

Great trip after being on the motorcycle for over 2000 miles. Clean bathrooms/showers and great customer service. Very quiet even on Fourth of July weekend!

Very nice campground. We were there for just an overnight stay and did some laundry, the laundry room was very clean and user friendly. Will definitely stop here again.

Great, classic KOA Campground. Reminds us of our childhoods in the '70s. Well kept, clean, and friendly. The pool was a welcomed relief.

First of all, if you have kids it is a great place for them to play. Pool was nice although there were NO chairs of any kind around the pool to use. Our PAD/Site was sub-standard as it was not level and on a terrace which made it difficult to walk around. The Office / Store opened late in the morning so it was inconvenient We were visiting family in Kansas City, would not use this Park again

Things were OK. This was the end of a 3 week trip where we stayed in several KOAs across the country. This one offered the least bang for our buck. I appreciated the linen but the only dish wear in the kitchen were 4 coffee cups. Compared to the other locations, this cabin was just bare bones. The location of the AC made it unusable at night as it was so loud and blew right on us. I wish it higher

The personal was very friendly and helpful. They definitely wanted our stay to be good. We were very pleased with our site and our three granddaughters had a great time as did we.

Staff were kind and helpful. We appreciated that the camping area was clean and well maintained; the trains didn't bother us half as much as we'd thought they would. We'd reserved a site with electric, but our electric wasn't working... we were still able to make it work for cooking with electric skillet, with the outlets in pavilion.

Nice place. Our cable did not work and they put us in a buddy site which we don’t like. Did move use at an additional charge.

We checked in around 8 pm for a one night stay for our return to Denver the next day. We had a great spot near the restrooms and store…everything was clean. My husband and I got settled with our puppy for the evening and had a great sleep in the van. We were up around 6:30 am and on the road by 7:15. Overall our stop/stay was fine and we didn’t use all the amenities that this KOA has to offer

Very noisy neighbors - kids running wild and because the sites are set up with one RV pointed one way and the next the other way those neighbors were always right outside our door. Very uncomfortable. 9-5 hours for the office seemed a bit short.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do apologize for your neighbors, but cannot control everyone. As for short office hours, we are short staffed along with everyone else. We are hoping to be able to have longer hours as soon as we can hire more employees.

We do apologize for poor wi-fi. We are in the midst of an upgrade thru AT&T. Of course it is taking much longer than expected. We do hope you give us another try when you are in our area again.

Staff were very polite and my family had a great time. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, and there were a few maintenance things that needed attention (broken chair outside, broken plastic bowl in the cabinet, wobbly end table), which lowered the score a small amount. Would definitely stay here again!

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
