Enjoyed our stay as well as the first time, sure we'll be back again. Only thing i would suggest is perhaps some grab handles around and in the ada shower and toilet and perhps an anti slip mat since im handicap and in a wheelchair, Otherwise all was great

Quick check in, great little cottage. KOA staff very friendly & prompt with check in, firewood, everything! Easy on/off the hi-ways. This was our 4th visit in the last year &1/2! Thank you Lawrence KS. KOA

Everything was ready when we arrived and staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Bathrooms and property were very clean. Everything was billed properly

We love this place so much that we come back every year for our annual BBQ Bash. Thanks again for a great stay. You know us as the SPAM folks. lol. We also love that there are so many things there for the kids to do. Keep up the great work. This place just keeps getting better and better each year. See you again next year.

We stayed in the only non updated delux cabin with bathroom. I can’t describe how awful it was truly depressing and dirty. We paid the same price 175 a night same as the new cabins. They should be ashamed of them selfs for charging that but more so for even having that trailer on site it’s not fit for people to stay in. They didnt even clean it. Truly awful.

Cabin was immaculate and comfortable. Loved being in a nature setting so close to I-70. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with paper. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kansas City West KOA. We stayed in a rustic cabin which was very clean with comfortable mattresses. The facilities were extremely clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. Campground was close to restaurants/coffee/supermarkets with easy access to main highway. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through the area!

We had some issues with our cabin it wasn’t very clean and we had a mouse that stayed the weekend with us they did come clean up the mouse mess right away but just not a very comfortable stay. The rest of the campground was very nice

facility was nice, cabin great, very clean. No soap though, pillows on bunk bed absolutely flat. Train running through the night caused problem as I'm a light sleeper.

The campsite is nice, but I do not understand why I had to pay for additional children when I purchased a cabin that slept 4 people and I only had 4 people staying in that cabin and actually one of my kids is a toddler he should have been free according to the website. I shouldn't have to pay for additional people unless I'm trying to have more than what the cabin accomodates staying in there?

You should change the name to Lawrence KOA. It is not in Kansas City and I would have bought a t-shirt or sweatshirt, but it said the wrong City on it. All other aspects of my stay were great!

We used to love coming to this campground with the kids and enjoy the events, amenities, & friendly faces. Unfortunately that was nowhere near the kind of experience we had this time. When checking in, the hostess was short with me and never smiled. There were TONS of ants in the cabin and all the cabins are smashed together. When we checked out, I let her know, she acted like it wasn't a big deal

The basic cabin (no bathroom) was very nice! Roomy and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The reason for 4 stars is that the pool was dirty and the bathrooms need better air circulation and air fresheners. The walk from the cabin to the bathrooms was also kind of scary in the dark.

Very friendly staff who accommodated us with our last minute reservation. The only thing I didn’t like was the $20 pet fee. Many other KOAs I’ve been to have lower pet fee prices. Despite this, This Kampground deserves all of 5 Stars. I would recommend this campground to anyone traveling on I-70 or just visiting in the area. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Everyone was amazing!!! The area was clean. There was a train from time to time but it wasn’t that bad! I loved the playground area! Everyone was so nice and the amenities were ALWAYS clean no matter the foot traffic! We loved it so much, we’re planning on storing our camper out there full time and visiting as often as we can! 12/10!!!!!!

Shower drain in our cabin was slow to drain . Hard to use the screened in porch because of all the dust from being on the main road, maybe consider paving that section or wetting it down every now and then. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We were visiting our parents and stayed in a cabin. The kids loved the zip line and slack line. They also had fun riding the pedal carts. This park is the closest to real camping you can get without actually having to rough it. We hope to visit again.

Great place! The kids loved the zip line and the pool. The cabin was clean and in a great location. Loved being close enough for a drive to Kansas City but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was fabulous.

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
