I made the reservation and about two hours later our truck broke down. They were unwilling to refund any of the money and we called hours before the closed.

Parked us in an undesirable site and wouldn’t allow us to move. We thought we could have a minor repair on our coach done there on our last reserved day, but not allowed. When we requested to leave a day early then, were told we would be charged for all three days. So, we had to leave the first morning without any real use of the facility we paid a high price for.

This is our 2nd time staying with you!! We would definitely come again. This time we had some people with a golf cart & kids being annoying one night which we didn't appreciate. But over all a good stay!!

Gravel roads, average to smaller than average RV sites, clean facilities, like many KOA's over-priced, but it is one of the only campgrounds close to the west side of Kansas City.

Stayed 3 nights to spend with family living in area. Lots of biking trails and food/breweries to visit. Great staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Kids loved playground.

We wished the camping sites had been concrete. It was very muddy and the gravel was a little sparse. Also, we were outside a lot at the campground and we all got eaten up by bugs! I’m still itching and having to treat my itching. Those were the only complaints, other than that, the park was great and shady and had lots of fun activities and our dog loved the park!

Placement of our rig next to a “non-paying site” per staff resulted in having to crawl under the slide of the non-paying site’s rig to attach sewer line. The distance between our slide and theirs was so narrow a person could not walk in between. Guests from other sites remarked at the poor site choice we were given. EXTREMELY SMALL SITES,they are almost all buddy sites,which was never mentioned anywhere!Who wants privacy anyway right?Neighbors either at our front door or under our bedroom slide!The electric hookup not working.Finally a KOA rep Brad,offered another site in their long term area.Sites are dumpy and fire pit/tables are old & broken, packed in like sardines.pool close. We only stayed one night - the first night in our pickup slide-in camper. We had a great site, open and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful.

This is the only RV park in the Kansas City Kansas area. People were very friendly and the park was a ggod place to stay for a couple of nights.

The sites are too close to each other, and little privacy. We had a tree on our site that separated our picnic table from the picnic table for the site next to us. Never stayed at a KOA that didn't allow our rug to be on the grass, and it wasn't on much grass, but while we were away an employee came and moved the rug off the grass!!! What about our privacy? Employees were rude.

Unfortunately The lady that took the reservations was a little rude and we made a decision not to stay after we had made the reservation which forfeited are paid fee.

Drunk employee (i assume? Neon shirt, golf cart) visited me no less than 5 times. Felt very uncomfortable. Another drunk camper (?) also sat at my table and tried to stay at 1130pm. More unsafe. You need harassment policies. Half eaten burrito found under bed when packing. We did not have burritos. Tried to enjoy nice place and counter staff, but will not come back. Felt too unsafe.

In the future, please call the emergency contact number at any time and we will gladly assist you. We are very sorry that you felt "unsafe". The employee you were talking about has been let go. As for the camper, we are not sure who it was.

Old CG and sites are very tight. Gravel roads and site pads. Desperately needing road winding and pot hits to be filled. It rained prior to our visit and place was a mud hole. Not a place for motorhomes or large fifth wheels.

Beautiful location. The owners were amazing. So helpful and friendly, made all of our requests possible. Wish it had a little more shade for the extra hot days, but other than that, we are satisfied. Loved the fireflies.

Def no personal space when busy. Our camper door was about 5 feet from our neighbor. Didn’t have enough voltage to fully power out AC so it was VERY hot during the day. The pics online were very different than in person. More rundown than I thought it would be.

I know this has nothing to do with your facility because our stay was just fine. But living in St.Louis we are used to recycling and nowhere in Kansas or Colorado where we went did they do recycling so we carried back eleven bags of cans and bottles

Beside the trains rolling through behind the KOA site was level, and actually scenic for us. We were on back side facing trees and site was shaded. Bathrooms/showers clean and workable. Host very accommodating. Lead us to site and helped line us well with connections. Lots of kid activites and a dog run. Will recommend

One night stay while on cross country road trip. Pull through easy to hit however if your waste connection is deep in the rear of your rig, you may want to share that at registration. Our site required me to use an additional section if i wanted to stay hooked to the truck. Cable was clear with many channels. Just off RT 70 but still quiet. The staff were outstanding and supper accommodating.

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
