facility was nice, cabin great, very clean. No soap though, pillows on bunk bed absolutely flat. Train running through the night caused problem as I'm a light sleeper.

There are no activities planned for the weekend. The WiFi was non existent. The facilities and staff were great We are still paying the KOA premium without the typical KOA benefits.

Convenient to everything Lawrence and only 45 min to Kansas City. Good size Kamp K9 with grass and shade. Easy access to I-70, US 24/40. Close to train tracks.

Had stayed here multiple times over the years. Staff was always friendly and accommodating in the past. Was not the case this time with the weekend staff. Could learn a lesson or two in customer relations.

We planned 1 night (Thursday prior to Labor Day weekend) and upon arrival discovered a flat tire). The hosts were very accommodating in helping us find a repair service and even offered us the emergency spot for the weekend if needed. We got help and were on our way the next day! Great folks there!

Pulled in for overnight stay. Grounds were ok and site was reasonably level gravel. Better picnic tables would help.

I would not describe this as a holiday KOA. Maybe a journey. It is more of a stop over site. Close to Hwy. Odd odor in the bathhouses. Seemed clean. Staff was nice.

On the positive side: Great location for access to Lawrence. Extremely friendly staff. Level pull through sites. On the negative, roads are a bit narrow. Place generally looks like it could use a refresh. Price is a little high for what you get. But overall, we were happy with our stay and will be back.

Your tent sites need a separate place for your vehicle and for your tent. I was on my motorcycle and they put me on a site that the motorcycle and tent had to be on the same sand pad. to make matters worse I had to drive my motorcycle down a short hill of grass and over the log edging because motoircycles do not have a reverse and trying to push it uphill in sand was a nonstarter.

Most expensive KOA I have ever used. Tired campground...has not been kept up. Everything is old and faded. Lot Q...the water crock cover is a piece of paneling that will not support a person. Lucky I saw it before stepping on it. Lots not level. Never could get my cable to work. WIFI was a joke. Wanted a cabin too $80/day with no linen or bathroom. Decent Pool with no shade or chairs. RIP

We stayed for just one night, but really wish it had been longer! Our site was great - level, grass area, table/chairs, fire ring. Our kids really enjoyed the zip line, the pedal bikes, and the mining activity. We didn't have time in our schedule to utilize the pool, but it looked very nice and clean! Looking forward to staying with you again!

The campsite is nice, but I do not understand why I had to pay for additional children when I purchased a cabin that slept 4 people and I only had 4 people staying in that cabin and actually one of my kids is a toddler he should have been free according to the website. I shouldn't have to pay for additional people unless I'm trying to have more than what the cabin accomodates staying in there?

Great campsite! Extremely well maintained, staff was very helpful and quite nice! Upkeep of the facility - grounds and restroom were excellent. My only disappointment was with the Wifi - signal strength seemed good in my location, but it appears the system may use older/outdated technology, as I was unable to connect any of my multiple devices to/through it (even with correct password, etc).

The facility is okay, but the office staff is incompetent. I paid to renew the rewards program along with my deposit when making the reservation. I was billed again for the rewards during checked in. They refunded the $33 they charged me at check in but in doing so canceled my rewards membership. The staff was pleasant and friendly but... Don't know if I'll stay at KOA again.

Convenient interstate access but very unappealing. Sites were very close together and had to share the outdoor living space with neighbor. Neither of us even knew which table went with which rig and table was right at each other’s door. No landscaping and in need of general maintenance.

Beautiful grounds with impressive trees. Very friendly and professional staff. Air conditioned laundry room! A text message system for questions and answers, for easy and quick communication!

We were in site O which is basically the road. View was the bedroom in one of the cabins about 15 ft. away. After our discount, it was $60.30. I've had much better sites for $20.00 or less. We had been on the road for a few days and were tired, or we we would have refused and moved on. The rest of the campgrounds was fine, but I didn't see anything that qualified it as a Luxury facility.

You should change the name to Lawrence KOA. It is not in Kansas City and I would have bought a t-shirt or sweatshirt, but it said the wrong City on it. All other aspects of my stay were great!

We used to love coming to this campground with the kids and enjoy the events, amenities, & friendly faces. Unfortunately that was nowhere near the kind of experience we had this time. When checking in, the hostess was short with me and never smiled. There were TONS of ants in the cabin and all the cabins are smashed together. When we checked out, I let her know, she acted like it wasn't a big deal

My wife and I were in between our return home from Colorado to Ohio, and had a breakdown that I fixed on the turnpike - it was late and we didn’t want to keep driving, thankfully we were easily accommodated by these great folks and they also made us a pizza for supper after they typically stop. They are incredibly kind and the grounds were fantastic even though we only stayed the night.

Nice. Only issue was no hot water at all in the men's restroom. A cold shower in all the stalls was a challenge. There was.hot water in the women's shower.

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
