Love the location and it's proximity to Downtown Lawrence. The management is top notch and very accommodating! Laundry room is always clean! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful park and we loved having the furniture and patio space that was offered with our spot. Perfect dog park for our boys to stretch their legs. Everything was nice and clean.

Very well kept facilities. Attractive, spacious layout. Would return. Trains are close and somewhat noisy but didn't disturb sleep.

Good facilities with pull through site. Unfortunately, the nearby railroad ran about 30 trains all night with incessant horns. We did not get any sleep until 5:00 am. I realize it is not the RV Park’s fault but a “heads up” is needed.

Too close to the train track. The trains run all night at least every 1.5 hours apart. When you get asleep then a train comes through waking you up. You should list that you are near a railroad track and trains run all night long and they do blow their horn when they come through.

This campground was pretty with the green grass all around. But having our picnic table so close to the neighbor was a little uncomfortable. They were smokers and came out of their RV to smoke often which kind of interrupted our meal. This is why I only give it a 3.

We were disappointed that the Halloween events had to be canceled but it was still a good weekend. The ladies at the store we very nice to our group of children.

There is something off about the staff. They are unfriendly, and have a weird way of making you feel unwelcome. There is also a train close by. It came by every 20-30 mins blowing its horn relentlessly through the entire night. It made for a horrible nights sleep. The shop closes at 5, you cannot bring in outside firewood. If you want a fire, do not be late. Overall, worst KOA ever.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was great for our needs. The employee was very friendly, an helpful. The grounds are very nice an great dog run!

This is one of the best designed and thought out campgrounds that I have ever seen. It is new and is very impressive. The water hook-ups, electrical and sewer are all less than a foot from each other. The sites have great concrete pads that are level and provide for plenty of parking. I hope they have great success!

We arrived 1 minute after closing, so we missed out on meeting anyone or buying firewood (it was cold). But, overall the campground was very nice and conveniently located right off the tollway. You could hear the train, but wasn't a big deal. Someone had thrown their dog waste in our fire pit prior to our arrival (and the dog run was feet away)...but, I can't blame the facility...I recommend.

Quick overnight visit. Enclosed area for dogs a huge plus! Shower and bathroom very nice and clean.

This was just an overnight stop but I still do not like to share the common space with another RV. VERY tight. I hand no idea which table was mine. Maybe with a group it would be fine but big turn off for me. I’ll research better next time. 7 KOAs on this trip, only one with a poor review

Tight space for a class B lots of highway and train noise. Restrooms mostly clean but showers coykd be better.

Very poor RV park, we had no fire pit and our grill sits on the edge of the parking spot, when I used my outdoor camping rug for the kids to sit on and not to be siting on the “GRASS” Which in my personal opinion not grass it’s all weed, couple of workers drove by and asked us to remove the rug so we do not kill the grass. $134 for 2 nights, it’s extremely expensive for 24’ RV.

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
