That was the worst cable I have ever experienced. Where we were put was way to close quarters. I did like the staff very warm and friendly.

Pulling in at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening, I expected to have some human contact with the office being open. Driving a class c rv, I was looking forward to a cold coca cola from the camp store. No, everything locked up tight, here's late check in and your campsite # have a nice life...

We are sorry that you felt abandoned. Your check-in packet did have your bathroom code on it. In this year of Covid, everything is different. We are hoping to be back to normal next year with longer store hours.

OK! I'm a Supernatural Super Fan and know it really doesn't have any connection to Lawrence, KS--However, I Go every year because it's a Great Park!! And, For dog Lovers a must go to is the Off-Leash Mutt Park about 6 mi away is a huge--16 acre--off-leash area for Well-behaved Dogs. And, the Park itself has lots of room to roam, Wander and enjoy!

I did not like that the campground did not allow for play yard enclosures for my dogs. I had to walked them across the campground to the dog park every time they had to potty. And I got lectured from the manager of the KOA about picking up after my dogs and not having them on leashes 100% of the time. I was picking up after my dogs and OTHERS that did not pick up after their dogs !

Very nice camp ground,everyone was very pleasant and helpful. This was our first major trip with the motor home and needed help with setting some things up and they were very accommodating. If in the area I would definitely stay again.

So expensive and pool was closed. If amenities are provided like swimming pools, the price is justified but not if pool is closed.

Campers packed in. Restrooms didn't feel safe from virus.

Lots of late night noise from the road as it is nearby. Other than that, the space was adequate and clean.

We have a 40ft fifth wheel. We were crammed in. We were told not to park our truck on the grass but there wasn’t enough room for our truck. Fire pit made it impossible to get out of our spot. Had to get someone to tear down the pit so we could get out, just too many big rigs crammed in.

We only stayed one night but the KOA staff member went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.

We stayed at Kansas City West on our way back home from Denver. We only stayed one night, but thought the KOA was clean, quiet, and very welcoming! We will stay again when we journey this way!

very clean rv park, normal size sites with nice shade trees. Clean bathrooms, very small shower stalls. Was surprised at the kids area/playground and the many things for them to do. If you have kids, this is the place.

This place was very well kept. The grounds are clean. Restroom and shower very nice and clean. Lots of privacy as many are not in the facilities often and a secure door! They have pull through so thats helpful and convenient.

This is a nice campground. Accessible, clean, comfortable. Perhaps because many RV's are self-contained less thought is given to bathrooms. Cleanliness aside (and it was very clean), is practically. The shower doors, opened out, would make it easier to handle your toiletries. Now the bench is behind the door and difficult to use. I realize the sinks are adjacent but less an issue or troublesome.

We were only there over night but this is a nice little campground, the bathrooms were spotless and the staff were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again

We appreciated the phone call ahead of time to share that the pool would be closed. Very welcoming, very friendly, and very clean!

RV spaces are entirely too close and we initially shared the same yard with another RV (and facing each other) until I spoke up. The manager very graciously came and offered us another space, which had a large front space, but we had other trailers parked about 4 feet behind us. This campground must have been created years ago before large RV’s and slide outs. It’s in serious need of revam

Site was not quite level, which was not a big deal, and easily remedied. Odd to be face to face (awning to awning) with another camper. Was ok for the quick, overnight stop, but wouldn't like it for several days.

I have always given 5 stars in the past and I will be back, this is one of our favorite places to stay. Always clean and friendly. However we were disappointed this time because we asked for a certain spot, told we couldn't have it, we weren't even given an option of a shady spot, which all sat empty except for the late night arrival/early departure one nighters.

I love the people that work there but I dislike the way they fill all spots in a row when there are opens spots and the spaces are to small. I don't think you should charge to have guests visit after what what you pay for the small space per night

This was an overnight stop for us and I would definitely use this park again if we come this way in the future.

Nice place with friendly people. Only drawback; it's not for big rigs. I have a 36 ft Renegade with a 2-door Jeep tow. The pull through was barely long enough and my neighbor's slideout was 6 ft from mine.

Everything was fine. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming to us. Our son and his friend camped at one of their tent sites and it was quite nice to actually see how nice the sites are. No complaints at all about our stay. The only thing I felt "cramped" since all the sites are so close together. We actually plan to visit some of the camps closer to where we live.

The people are very nice. The play area, zip line are cool. I think the zip line seat should be replaced. The rv spots are pretty tight together. The bathrooms were clean. They also have a laundry room. Fenced doggy area. Horse shoes.

Wow, the staff are wonderful. And facilitys is very clean with room to say Hi to other camper. Pet friendly. Nice location.
