Overall we had a nice stay here, howere our site flooded when it rained, we had nothing but mud around the entrance to our RV that made a big mess. they have gravel sites, but they need to bring in some more and build up a few of these sites.

This was our first Trailer experience. Accommodations could not have been better. The camp was clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Wendi and the rest treated us like they'd known us forever. This camp is very close to some of the better parts of the Bourbon Trail and great local wineries. If you stop at this KOA tell Wendi "Air Force" says Hi. We will be back!

I rated a 2 because of the sites being so small, the roads being so confusing and the fact we booked a site in May for September and did not get the site we chose. They put us in a bad site that our Jeep would not fit in with the RV. WiFi was not accessible most of the time. The playground (we don’t have any small children) was awesome though. Pool looked nice. Clean campground

Every one was so nice and helpful and the campground was very clean! This was our 2nd stay here. We were thankful the pool was still open because it was very hot out!

Your facility is absolutely fantastic and we will definitely stay here again in the future, and recommend to others. Only one area, I felt needed some improvement. That is the restroom/showers. While the facility was adequate, the showers were a little awkward; there needs to be a shelf in the shower stall itself, also, there should be some sort of border between the shower and drying area.

The kampsite is a very busy location. The staff are well organized and very attentive and helpful. Everything was clean and the grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice campground, owner is very nice. Had a late arrival and owner helped me back my rig into my site. Patio furniture was very nice touch. Too bad only was a quick stop during travels. Will stay again in future.

Wendi at the front desk went above and beyond accommodating our stay during a difficult time we were enduring. All staff members were professional and assisted your requests. Park is very clean and quite with it being full on a weekend.

It was a very nice park. The staff was ver accommodating. I called prior to arrival and asked if they had any cancellations for a pull through with 50 amps. They were able to move us which was very kind.

For premium pricing on the park, I would have anticipated smoother driveway in and out of the park. Several potholes in the pavement don’t seem to be becoming of a $71 dollar park. The site I had was far from level and I had to content with red clay after the rains. Not the kinds of things I expect for the price paid. However, congratulations on being able to charge the rate you do.

Clean, spacious and quiet, it rained heavily when we were there and our site was under water and extremely muddy. It would have been nice if there was more gravel. Laundry was clean and nice. Checkin and staff were friendly. Bathrooms were good except when the sprinklers came on and soaked the pathways. All in all it was nice.

Customer service is fabulous. The one suggestion I would have is to pave the roads. Vehicles and rvs coming and going stir up horrible gravel dust

It was my first time camping, and the simplicity of checking in and arriving to our campsite with the help of the host made the experience so much better. Having the cleaned and well maintained showers near the vicinity was also a great help as well. An excellent first time camping at the KOA at Louisville, Kentucky.

Nice campground. On weekends, avoid sites near playground, the noise level was maddening. Movie on Sat night was so loud, I could hear it in my RV clearly & it went pass 11p. Could not sit outside to enjoy w/noise level. Lower the volume. Once the weekend was over, our stay was very pleasant. Weak WiFi and water pressure.

Convenient to Louisville; had to do some work there and this campground is a superb place to stay and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and good facilities. �

Very clean, quiet park, set back from the street. Friendly, helpful staff when we ran out of milk for breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here. Had some trouble finding on GPS wanting to send in opposite direction however signage helped keep me on target. Worth a visit.

Most friendly KOA we have ever stayed at! Super helpful prior to our arrival, we had a blowout on our fifth wheel. Extremely dog friendly, so important to us, even in the camp store! Clean campground with great and cheerful employees that seem to enjoy helping families have fun, we will be back. Bringing friends the next time! Thanks for a relaxing way to spend our 27th wedding anniversary.

We felt a bit like outcasts. Our site number was 207. It was on the end of a loop. The gentleman that escorted us to our site, suggested that we move our unit as far forward as possible. Others on the site have lost their awnings. Site was not level. Step stool to get it our trailer. Neighbors fire pit was 10' from our truck and 5th wheel. Just eliminate the site. Can't sit outside.

Our trip to the South Louisville KOA was our first trip out in our new RV. We had stayed many times here is the past renting the cabins. Our first stay in the Rv was awesome. We couldn't have had better weather and our spit was perfect. We were right next to the playground, which our 6 year old granddaughter loved. She played all day until she couldn't keep her eyes open when it was time for bed.

Have been to many places over the years. I don’t always choose a campground but when I do this is what I’m looking for! Second time in Louisville and boy do I wish I stayed here the first time. I had interactions with at least 4 different staff members each friendlier than that last. Clean, quiet, fun and close to all the attractions I was looking forward to visiting during my stay. More stars

We liked the location & found it to be clean. Unfortunately this is where the + stopped for us. We like to follow the rules and not bring our own wood, as well as support the campgrounds, but $10 for a very small bundle of firewood is a total ripoff. Our full hookup site's sewer was higher than our tank and we had to pull out to use the dump station. This isn't ok for the amount of money charged.

Was stuck in site that wasn’t updated. No cable like advertised, bad breaker that kept making electric go out. Wifi was not working. Was right by the entrance and there was so much traffic. It wasn’t safe for our kids at all. Schedule promised Kona ice and that never happened either. Pond was super gross too. All around disappointing stay, would not recommend to anyone.
