Dog run too small. My dogs will not go to the bathroom on a leash when they are used to running ACRES. When I let my dog off leash to use the restroom, I was told to leash them when a "regular" camper right across from me had their dog off leash all weekend. Treat new visitors like lifetime campers, hoping they will come back and refer people to your campground.

The garbage truck came at 2:30am on Friday morning and we were in a tent by the garbage. It would have been nice to have a heads up about that, so we could have brought some earplugs. There was also a thunderstorm that came through sat night/sun morning of our stay and the garbage gates kept banging all night, so it would have been nice if someone had closed them for the night.

We were the only ones in a tent, and because it was freezing cold, it was really great that the site we were at, 309, was so perfectly level, and had water and electric available. Also the bathrooms were so clean it was fantastic!

fantastic Accommodations, very friendly staff, things were very clean and we had a great stay. Staff recalled us from a prior visit and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. During our visit, the campground offered trick or treating and my son loved it. Would highly recommend this campground.

The check in worker was extremely polite and helpful. The worked on the cart was friendly and stopped by a few times to make sure everything was good. Bathrooms were always clean and stocked. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved watching the planes fly in at night. The sites were big and the park was beautiful.

Very clean and I told them out power hookup didn't work due to ants in the outlet and when we came back later that night they had fixed it during the day. Very much appreciated!

Staff were very informative and helpful. Had a guy wondering around the campsites who was not a paying customer and he was immediately removed from the premises. Playground for kids was fun. Bathrooms and showers more than accommodating and clean. Noise levels are strictly enforced so you can sleep at night. Can have wood or ice felivered straight to campsite via phone. Louder Than Life 2021!

It was my first time camping, and the simplicity of checking in and arriving to our campsite with the help of the host made the experience so much better. Having the cleaned and well maintained showers near the vicinity was also a great help as well. An excellent first time camping at the KOA at Louisville, Kentucky.

I hated the atmosphere so much that I was only there 4 hours before I packed my stuff back up and left. I didn’t get to chose my site and the group across from me was loud and cursing nonstop. I also had people walking through my site constantly. Worst camping experience

As a tent camper, the restrooms are very important. When they are dirty, wet, and out of supplies that doesn't make for a pleasant stay. It's bad at 5:30 am when there is no toilet paper or paper towels but it became a regular thing at all times of the day and night all weekend. Then all of the activities for Saturday were rescheduled and later canceled altogether. We were disappointed.

Our family of 5 had the BEST time! Karen at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and so refreshing. Our girls loved jumping on the bounce pillow and the grounds were so well kept and clean! This was the first time our girls had slept in a tent and experienced camping. They are already asking if we can come back this weekend!
