Everything was great, and the staff was super friendly! Facilities were a bit messy at times, but that's to be expected at a campground with communal bathrooms. We will stay again!

It was a quick get away for my kids and I for spring break/vacation. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and we enjoyed it. The kids loved the play ground area and they wanted to stay longer because of it. We will be back.

The park is very family oriented, lots of things to do for kids. I did not go into the bathhouse, so I can't rate that. The campground was clean and well kept. We stayed in DC1, one of the large deluxe cabins. Cabin was nice, but mattress needs replacing, kitchen very limited, only had 3 forks, no drinking glasses, no mixing bowls, no drink pitcher, needs to be stocked better for 8 people.

In the past we normally were able to rent the small Deluxe Cabin but they were not available even thought one of the two small cabins stayed empty. We had to rent the larger Deluxe Cabin which was not clean. Dirt on the floors and couch, trash left in the trash can, glasses not clean and the measuring cup cracked. This was not a cheap one night stay and that’s OK but we expect clean cabins.

Stayed in Deluxe Cabin. Would have liked to have had a small stove or other means of cooking than a microwave and grill. Thought "partial kitchen" would include some utensils. Had to make a quick trip to the Dollar store for paper plates and plasticware. Otherwise very nice stay. Great play area and Kamp K9 area. The dogs loved being able to run and chase the ball and each other.

The people at Louisville South KOA are amazing. They showed care, fast service, and gave awesome home like feelings. We stayed only one night but the early close and late opening of building made accommodations not as easy as expected from other KOAs. The bathroom facilities where dirty and not stocked enough during the night when staff was not around.

Great KOA!! Arrived after dark, left before dawn, what I could see was an amazing campground. I would have liked a light at the K9 Campground..it was pretty dark trying to let the dogs run off some steam after 13 hours in the truck! Super cute and clean cabin! Hope to stay here again

The cabins are very nice and the two issues we had were taken care of by maintenance quickly. I wouldn't stay here next year for Thanksgiving though because there is no under 5 play area. My two year old loved the jumper but there were too many bigger kids that spent the whole day on there and would jump hard enough to knock her down. We saw several families that had the same problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in just the right spot. My kids loved the bounce pillow thing. The trail is awesome. We didn’t know there was a cave until half way down the trail. It was so nice to see a smile on my pre-teen’s face again. Thanks We can’t wait until next time!

Really nice campground with plenty to do, easy access and LOTS of campers! The internet was down which was an inconvenience but also a blessing to spend more time face to face and enjoy the great outdoors.

We stayed in a smaller cabin for 4 people, even though we were a party of two. Cabin was very clean and neat. Towels were also provided. We had to call Night security for instructions to turn on the heat. They answered the phone immediately and even offered to come to the cabin if we had any issues. Great place and location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Very clean, warm, and comfortable cabin. They even provided soap and shampoo which made for a luxurious hot shower. Even the small hot water heater provided 3 showers. Bed was comfortable, cabin felt secure. Would definitely stay here again. A great stopping point between Chattanooga TN and Osceola, IN

Cabins are clean enough, found dirt and debris under bed when we dropped something and needed to retrieve it. After hours check-in was unclear and we tried for two hours to contact the after hours number on shop door. Away from home, with an infant, cold outside and not knowing how to get into our cabin was infuriating. All of that after going to wrong location bc address on website is incorrect.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. My only concern was it was dirty. There was a layer of grime on kitchen table. The floors were also very dirty. It was a little frustrating bc we would put a towel on the bathroom floor to walk on after showering and it would be visibly dirty so we wouldn't reuse it but then the front wouldn't give us new towels bc 3 day limit. Activity area fun!

We arrived after hours and our cabin was ready for us. Late check-in was easy. Our favorite part of the campground was the walking trails. Just right for some exercise before a long drive.

Another great Halloween weekend. I love the site & costume contests. It would be nice to have winners from all categories displayed (office or website) so all who attends can see the results. Love the text communication & friendly staff! A few suggestions: Add golf cart rental, more deluxe cabins, gift cards/store credit for costume winners, more vocal about contest guidelines.

What a wonderful time! This is our second stay at this KOA. First time was in a regular cabin - which was amazing with a shower, etc. This second time there were no regular cabins available and we stayed in a rustic cabin, it was adorable! I would bring an extra pad for sleeping next time; but it was very comfortable and I loved the staff and everything they had for the kids. Great JOB!!!

Our stay was really good. All the halloween activities were really appreciated. The decorating contest was a disappointment. My boys tried really hard decorating their cabin, and we were told that there was 1st through 3rd place winners. When asked who won, we were told the 1st place winners were and no one knew who won 2nd or 3rd.

Wonderful amenities but the cabin had tissue paper stuck in the cracks of the walls. They do not provide any linens or pillows. If you want to do laundry, you need cash and they don’t have an atm. So it was okay but as someone from out of town, a lot of hassle.

The cabin clean & well prepared for stay. We felt safe & secure. Only complaint: We notified the camp ground that our arrival time of 8:00PM & they notified us where to find our check-in material. When we arrived obtained map with our name and cabin number on it, proceeded to the cabin & it was locked. Back to the office & no key. Took 40 min. to find person with key. Ph#s for KOA full & unable
