We were the only ones in a tent, and because it was freezing cold, it was really great that the site we were at, 309, was so perfectly level, and had water and electric available. Also the bathrooms were so clean it was fantastic!

One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at! Tons of activities available at the campground, would be even more during the summer. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

Great KOA!! Arrived after dark, left before dawn, what I could see was an amazing campground. I would have liked a light at the K9 Campground..it was pretty dark trying to let the dogs run off some steam after 13 hours in the truck! Super cute and clean cabin! Hope to stay here again

I think there should be information about where to go if a tornado goes thru. When the tornado warning sounded, some people were jumping in their vehicles and leaving which is probably not the best thing to do and with the RV rocking back and forth we went to the bathroom but there were no instructions or anything on what building was the safest. A text alert from KOA would have been good.

Was wonderful has the nicest people that helped me out being in a new area. Most definitely would come back. Shower had hot water and was very clean.

Very convenient location, and the sites all looked good. We liked being near the play area, but weren't bothered by traffic, so a good design/layout for the park. Will add this location to travel plans when we are in the area.

It was an overnight stay just passing through. Would probably stay again if passing by that area. It was a little hiden. It was a little bare but that could be because it was winter. Not bad for a last minute thing.

Would have liked a cheaper site was told that all sites was full woke up next day all of electrical rv/tent sites was open. Checked in after 2 was out by 8am overnight just pass thur. But store staff said all cheaper sites was fully booked but none was use, I fill like it was a excuse to get more money in winter time not what was best for camper. Sad the staff all about money, not the customers.

Made reservations a while back requesting 3 sites in close proximity to one another, 2 with 30 amp services, one with a 50 amp.. My request was taken care of perfectly. We were there to tour some distilleries and since there are so many, we did not get a chance to visit them all. Looks like we'll have to bit the bullet and make another trip. We will be staying here again!!!!!

The cabins are very nice and the two issues we had were taken care of by maintenance quickly. I wouldn't stay here next year for Thanksgiving though because there is no under 5 play area. My two year old loved the jumper but there were too many bigger kids that spent the whole day on there and would jump hard enough to knock her down. We saw several families that had the same problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in just the right spot. My kids loved the bounce pillow thing. The trail is awesome. We didn’t know there was a cave until half way down the trail. It was so nice to see a smile on my pre-teen’s face again. Thanks We can’t wait until next time!

This is our first time staying at a KOA Campground and we are hooked. The staff was friendly and Jason was very helpful getting us to our site. There were tons of activities for our kids and I loved the cable tv hook-up. Can't wait to come here in the summer when the pool is open.

Nice campground, Friendly staff. Loved the fenced in yard for dogs. Loved the text to remind us to keep water dripping due to cold temps and also to let us know when they were not going to be opened at store. We had a very nice stay.

Really nice campground with plenty to do, easy access and LOTS of campers! The internet was down which was an inconvenience but also a blessing to spend more time face to face and enjoy the great outdoors.

We stayed in a smaller cabin for 4 people, even though we were a party of two. Cabin was very clean and neat. Towels were also provided. We had to call Night security for instructions to turn on the heat. They answered the phone immediately and even offered to come to the cabin if we had any issues. Great place and location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Very clean, warm, and comfortable cabin. They even provided soap and shampoo which made for a luxurious hot shower. Even the small hot water heater provided 3 showers. Bed was comfortable, cabin felt secure. Would definitely stay here again. A great stopping point between Chattanooga TN and Osceola, IN

I've stayed here twice and I'll be back again. Nice site, convenient to Kroger, pet store and other places of business. I was able to restock for the next leg of my trip. I was tempted to eat out. RV park is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Even when our sewer hookup was clogged, office was very responsive and maintenance came out right away to clear the pipe.

It was dark, the enter & exit signs should be better. Camp sites & roads are not marked well, for night. We did call the after hours guy, he was nice, took us to site. The site we booked had the dog enclosure. So worth it. Very nice & kept up.
