Had no idea that the loft was less than 3 feet high, when I booked it for two adults, I should've been informed. Had know idea the cabin was handicap access. 60 extra steps per trip to get to the door and back, no normal stairs. The lack of information about these two items would have altered my decision to book my stay. The cabin next door also took my parking spot. Memories of KOA

I would hope the bathrooms would be cleaned more. From vomit in one of he bathroom stalls, no paper towel and poo in one of the shower stalls. I know with the weather being wet it is hard to keep it mud free More frequent cleaning would be nice but understand help is hard to come by all thanks to this current administration! We will be back�

Although we spent most of our time at a nearby event, the campground was very nice and peaceful and is a major reason why we always stay here whenever we're here in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. We stayed in a Kabin which both my wife and I love. The mattress was just right and both of us slept great.

Fantastic in EVERY WAY! We loved our deluxe cabin and the grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly and most importantly, the place was very clean! We will stay again for sure!

AMAZING!!!!!! Stayed in the cabin during louder than life and I must say it is one of the nicest KOA I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Quiet,and has plenty of activities for the kids outside.

this was my first visit to Louisville South KOA in many years. I was pleasantly surprised at how it has changed so much for the better. My stay could not have been any better. The staff knowledge and friendliness, the cleanness of the deluxe cabin, the shape of the grounds. I will be coming back more frequently due to this great experience.

We tell our neighbors about your KOA all the time! This place is amazing!! We've only been there twice and stayed in cabin 7 but every time we go we have a great stay. Every Associate is so warm, welcoming and accomodating. THANK YOU!

My son and I have been camping here for 8 years now. We love all of the amenities and the planned activities on holiday weekends! We have so many good memories from our stays here and plan on making more!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. � The cabin was nice, but the cabins and camp sites are to close together. Our visit was only overnight so we did not get to use a lot of the activities. Over all this location is a nice KOA.

We rented a deluxe cabin for this stay and it was so nice. The bed was fantastic. The kids loved the sleep loft. We will definitely be staying in it again.

There was an undiscriable odor in our cabin urine smell or something like that need to sanitize them better. The pool was cloudy seen kids go from sandy play area and jump into pool with dirty suits on need something to allow any or all people to be able to rinse off.

Very nice campground. Well kept and many family friendly activities. This was our 1st stay at a KOA, and we will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure after the big car event. The pool was crystal clean, wish it was open until 10 PM on this HOT week end. Bathrooms have always been well kept, understand that help was hard to keep this year. Ladies, let's clean up our ACT! GOOD stay! Thank you so much. See you next year!

We made reservations in May for a family reunion in August. I reserved a cabin and two sites through Wendy. When we arrived, we were told our site number #325 was not available, and we’re issued #257, way at the opposite end of the park from the rest of our party. Waited 6 months to bring grandkids to swim for 2 days and the pool was closed. Came there for 15 yes & not been in 9 yrs. starting camping again. Golf,hot tub,& ping pong had been removed & stuff most kids do not play put in the center by pillow. Not impressed.

This is possibly the best KOA we have ever stayed at! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and found it to be clean, adorable, and well-equipped, even including a Keurig and K Cups! The playground was my favorite feature - it had giant chess and checkers sets, games of cornhole and ladder toss, and a giant bouncing pillow that my son loved. I highly recommend staying here!

Bathrooms being clean in the morning during shower time ... should clean in the middle of the afternoon. I own a campground and think this cleaning was rude. As was the person i spoke to about the issue. The cabin we stayed in looked as if it had never been cleaned ... floor was dirty, spider webs under the counter and on the back of the bed AND a huge nesting web about 10" long at the roof ...

Despite a late arrival (11:30), we were still greeted by a representative who directed us to our Kabin. It was a nice personal touch after a long day's drive.

The employees are amazing. Everyone is very helpful. They all make you feel so welcome. I checked in on Friday Karen was amazing. The other associates were so nice and helpful at all hours and Wendi was great on Sunday. Definitely the best KOA experience. Our Cabin was clean also and smelled clean. We definitely will be back.

There are only 6 showers for men & 6 for women, 4 toilets & 2 urinals for men & 6 toilets for women. One of the two bath houses did not have air cond. on the men's side and had lukewarm water. The restrooms need to be cleaned by someone that knows how and cares! The basic cabins should be updated with more electric outlets and clothes rods. Wi-fi is not always an option and needs to be upgraded.

We had a fun time, the bathroom/shower house was way too hot, took a cooler shower & had a hard time getting dressed after! Very crowded, but we enjoyed our stay and liked the activities, but my Son was upset about no Kona Ice!
