We felt a bit like outcasts. Our site number was 207. It was on the end of a loop. The gentleman that escorted us to our site, suggested that we move our unit as far forward as possible. Others on the site have lost their awnings. Site was not level. Step stool to get it our trailer. Neighbors fire pit was 10' from our truck and 5th wheel. Just eliminate the site. Can't sit outside.

Our trip to the South Louisville KOA was our first trip out in our new RV. We had stayed many times here is the past renting the cabins. Our first stay in the Rv was awesome. We couldn't have had better weather and our spit was perfect. We were right next to the playground, which our 6 year old granddaughter loved. She played all day until she couldn't keep her eyes open when it was time for bed.

Have been to many places over the years. I don’t always choose a campground but when I do this is what I’m looking for! Second time in Louisville and boy do I wish I stayed here the first time. I had interactions with at least 4 different staff members each friendlier than that last. Clean, quiet, fun and close to all the attractions I was looking forward to visiting during my stay. More stars

We liked the location & found it to be clean. Unfortunately this is where the + stopped for us. We like to follow the rules and not bring our own wood, as well as support the campgrounds, but $10 for a very small bundle of firewood is a total ripoff. Our full hookup site's sewer was higher than our tank and we had to pull out to use the dump station. This isn't ok for the amount of money charged.

Was stuck in site that wasn’t updated. No cable like advertised, bad breaker that kept making electric go out. Wifi was not working. Was right by the entrance and there was so much traffic. It wasn’t safe for our kids at all. Schedule promised Kona ice and that never happened either. Pond was super gross too. All around disappointing stay, would not recommend to anyone.

Advertised WIFI, but even employee said they very had lots of problems with it. Difficult to level in site. Not very level. Fix pot holes please

Pulled the camper there so we could take the kids to the Louisville zoo. Super nice and clean camp grounds and a lot of games and activities for the kids to play. The weekend we went the kids had the ability to make tie dye t-shirts which was completely awesome!!

We drove 11 hours and needed a night of rest before continuing on. We were greeted with great kindness and empathy after a long hard day of travel. I believe Mike brought us to our site and was so patient as I was burned. I forget the lady's name who checked us in, but she was Amazing as well! Thank you for a great night's rest as it was exactly what we needed!!

Enjoyed stay; clean and well maintained park and friendly staff. We had a site with chairs, table, and glider. Gorgeous pool and super playground . Paved sites that are more level would be an improvement; had to use blocks to level my unit

Our site was right next to the play area so it was loud, but quiet hours were respected. The showers were a bit dirty as well as the bathroom floor. I’m not sure how many times a day they are cleaned but they could use more attention. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Probably the most beautiful KOA (or campground in general) that I’ve ever stayed at! Wish it would have been for more than one night!

100.00 per night, for a small space picnic table pull through fhu. It was a holiday weekend and one night stop. Looked good for family with young children. Very crowded, noisy. Easy access. Staff was friendly. Just expensive for what we had. Felt they took advantage of holiday to charge max rate.

Lots of activities for those with kids (not us); campground was convenient to the highway. Really appreciated being placed in "overnight row" so that we didn't disturb campers on vacation when we left early the next morning. Staff was nice.

Beautiful campground! I love the common area with so many activities. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, even when I bought campfire wood three minutes before the store closed. The nature trails were fun. My family enjoyed kayaking with 'Yaking Off Adventures' available right at the campground. The sires were roomy and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Very noisy (airport pathway with frequent jet noises). Very expensive compared to other KOAs I've stayed at.

Very nice location. Close to events and activities that we were interested in. This KOA spot was a pull through - which is nice and we usually seek out first at any KOA - and the benefit of having cement patio and chairs/tables was nice as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly - especially picking up trash daily. We can not rate the shower facilities as we did not use them during this stay.

As KOAs go this was a better one than others we’ve been too. However, in our many years of camping this was the only site we’ve been too where it was nearly impossible to be level left to right. We tried many positions. In the end we spent three days on an angle and it was uncomfortable. I’d recommend checking on our site (265) and possibly adding some fill.

Everyone was so nice, I love the greeting and the personal touch to guide you to your site. We already are planning to return with friends. Oh one small detail regarding the restrooms, keep an eye on the toilet paper stock. :) See you next year!

The only thing I don’t understand is why when I reserve a Rv site the price goes up every time when I check in. Can someone tell me why it goes up every single KOA I reserved from State to State. Never have I ever had a reserved site go up when I check in except all the KOA’s. It’s really upsetting.

There were a lot of activities for the kids. The activity area was really cool. I wish there was a little more gravel coming up to our site. It had rained and was a little muddy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a charge for $10 show up on my credit card after the office was closed. Ruined my last nights sleep. Had to remain at the KOA and didn’t get the early departure I planned. Money was refunded.

Campground hosts are very friendly and helpful. Campground is well maintained. Rented a handicap cabin for my son and his family while we stayed in our RV. Very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the cabin. We'll go back again!
