This is our first time staying at a KOA Campground and we are hooked. The staff was friendly and Jason was very helpful getting us to our site. There were tons of activities for our kids and I loved the cable tv hook-up. Can't wait to come here in the summer when the pool is open.

Nice campground, Friendly staff. Loved the fenced in yard for dogs. Loved the text to remind us to keep water dripping due to cold temps and also to let us know when they were not going to be opened at store. We had a very nice stay.

Wendi was amazing, professional and helpful. Beautuful, easy to get to, very clean will defenitly stay here again.

I've stayed here twice and I'll be back again. Nice site, convenient to Kroger, pet store and other places of business. I was able to restock for the next leg of my trip. I was tempted to eat out. RV park is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Even when our sewer hookup was clogged, office was very responsive and maintenance came out right away to clear the pipe.

It was dark, the enter & exit signs should be better. Camp sites & roads are not marked well, for night. We did call the after hours guy, he was nice, took us to site. The site we booked had the dog enclosure. So worth it. Very nice & kept up.

We love the Shepherdsville KOA Holday. I have a 4 year old that loves the jumpy and the friends he meets every weekend we go.

The security guard and his wife were so helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were only stopping for a place to sleep but are ready making plans to go back. Great camp ground and even better staff!

Easy access to highway/services/attractions. Repairs needed in Women's rest room, no soap in the Men's rest room. Small shower stalls. Active flight pattern over the campground often during the night. Visited off season. Busy campground. Wendy at the office is awesome!

THE best koa I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to dozens. Love the community space with games even adults can play. Tons of green space and trails for walking. Thoughtfully designed spaces so it didn’t feel crowded. The staff truly took ownership and pride in their work and made me feel safe and cared for almost like family. Will be back for sure!!

The site we were on was extremely small for our 42 footer and directly across from the propane and dump station. The wifi was non existent and the noise from other campers coming in and was extremely terrible so much for quiet time. The attendant who filled our propane tank was not very familiar with it made me very uncomfortable. Will not be visiting again.

Only one night. Full services pull-through with everything working fine. Very friendly and helpful staff. I plan on returning.

Picturesque setting. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My personal experience was coming in at night I did find the entrance a little confusing as to which drive to use. I noticed on leaving in the daylight there were arrows marking the way but I did not see these at night until I was past. Also my GPS did not find your address but I could find using campground option.

The accommodations were excellent and everything worked well. The sights are a little close, but they have done a nice job of adding shrubs and trees to give you a sense of privacy. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

Really nice campground camp sites were really nice. Campground is very clean and the staff were so friendly and nice. Just had an overnight stay, but would definitely stay there again.

HORRIBLE WI-FI and LOTS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING LEVEL if we weren’t staying more than one day we would find another campgrounds. The following day stayed in Deer Run Campgrounds in Troy Alabama sights level and GREAT WIFI and could do anything on tablet

We like this campground and have stayed twice previously. They have upgraded the whole campground and it looks good the only thing they need to do is upgrade the roads and drive throughs all it'd take is gravel LOADS of it, the sites and some roads become muddy, an issue easily fixed with extra gravel.
