We only stayed for a quick overnight on our way home. It was very clean and our dogs enjoyed the fenced pup yard. We were greeted by a gentleman who showed us our site for the night. Yahoo!

Would definitely stay here again. And I would recommend it to others. I would however encourage the owners to spiffy things up a bit. Ceiling tiles in the pool area need addressed, bushes at entry need trimmed way back and showers updated.

We loved this KOA . It was so pretty . The grounds were kept up and had trees ! We stayed on our way to Colorado and on our way back . We told our son about it so his family stayed here also . Nice people work here also !

Only stayed one night! Came in after hours but the park host was in his car by the entrance and showed us to our spot. Indoor pool was nice. Has a small did park but was not advertised on the park flyer

We only stayed for the night, but we were put right next to the highway. It was obviously very loud. I don't know why you would put someone there if you have many other spaces open away from the highway? The facilities could use some general maintenance. It is just in OK place.

I booked my reservation online after no one ever called me back when I tried to book over the phone. It was a nice KOA and I recommend it. However it would have been nice for them to return my call.

Owners have created a lovely and welcoming space. It was a stop-over destination for us, but I kind of wish we'd stayed longer and explored Lubbock.

Two of three women's toilets were not working when we arrived. One of three men's showers did not work for the two days we were there. Nice indoor pool. Whole campground needed a little freshening...just looked a little "tired." Enjoyed the friendly cats. FHUs worked good. Stayed right next to one of the WI-FI poles and kept loosing the signal!!! Not great... fi

Arrived late and on-site security was helpful in location of reserved space. Departed early next morning-no problems. A suggestion: install a KOA lighted sign by the highway. It is very dark in that area and difficult to see where to turn off of the highway. We passed it and had to u-turn down the highway. Without GPS.......we would have been LOST! :)

Good location in NW Lubbock. Friendly and professional staff. Site 8 was level and wide. Park keeps lighting low, which helps with darker skies. Nice kid's area. Great place to spend the night while traveling.

The check in process was simple and the staff was wonderful. This KOA had all the facilities we required, were in good condition and very clean. It was a pleasure to pull in here for one night after a long day of driving. We will be back!

Have stayed here several times and always had a good experience. The only recommendation I have is to cover the ground in the dog park with gravel similar to other areas for the RVs. When it rains, the dog park can be quite muddy.

Great overnight stop. My only complaint is the showers are tiny. I’m a small woman and had a difficult time moving around in the shower. They were very clean though.

The people are very nice. The facilities have a lot of deferred maintenance. The roads need grading and drainage work, and lots of gravel. It is a huge mudhole. Bathrooms are awful, not even close to the KOA standard. It is time for significant capital investment at this location!

Been here several times. Sometimes for an overnighter, other times several days. The staff has always been pleasant and work to please. The park could use a little sprucing up but, can’t have it all �

This is a well kept RV Park. The people that work there are very helpful and kind. I would like to thank Juli she helped us in a big way. She took the time to take care of us. She was very pleasant to work with. If you're going through Lubbock on your trip, I recommend the KOA in Lubbock, TX. Thanks to all the people that works there. Coy & Tammy Dictson

Single night stay. Tent site was grass, which was nice. Staff had watered the spot, so driving in our tent stakes was easy. The location is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the rooster crowing in the morning.

Bathrooms need an upgrade and the sites need shade. to be fair, the trees looked like it was recently removed and I expect will be replanted. The people were friendly and offered to loan a BBQ grill for our site. A basic stay with sufficient provisions. The store was well stocked.
