Basic cabin but clean, well stocked. My only critique is the shower curtain did not reach to the floor in the bathroom floor was totally flooded when I got out.�

My cabin was cold. I was locked in…seems the door lock froze and would not move. The cabin had an odd smell.he microwave was noisy. Lubbock is hard to drive in and not get lost. I went for an annual work conference and will be back.

Great location, easy reservations on line. Cabin was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will make this campground a regular stop.

Very clean cabin, friendly staff. Was so impressed with my first stay that I decided to stay again on my return trip. Made reservations on line, very easy. Will visit again next year.

We are KOA rewards members. We stay at a lot of KOAs. The Lubbock facility was the dirtiest we’ve been to. Showers that don’t drain. Cabin smelled sour. Brown grime in the hot tub. Pool showers and restrooms were dirty. Piles of Christmas decorations not put away and piled on the pool deck. Ladders left on the pool deck. Nobody knew how to apply points for rewards. We stayed in one of the Deluxe cabins. We knew to bring our own linens. But they furnish nothing except obvious like beds,table,small refrigerator and microwave,toilet paper. The cabin was nice and clean.

This is the third time I have stayed at this KOA deluxe cabin. I like this park because it is located in a rural area and small. The registration personnel are always friendly and cheerful. They are very welcoming. Cabins are clean and so are the grounds. I'm looking forward to more stays in cabins. Thanks for asking.

TV worked in camping cabin with a few satellite channels. Radiant heater was nice. Love the BBQ on site.

My only complaints are that the signage directing us to the location could be bigger; and the porch light should be switched, not automatic.

Deluxe Cabin is perfect when travelling with dogs. Friendly staff. Krazy Lady BBQ was delicious.

The basic cabin was perfect for our needs. The window unit could stand to get much cooler but otherwise, we had a great stay. The front desk staff was great, the restrooms clean, and the cabin was great!

After we arrived. Found Camping Cabin did not have a shower curtain, but the staff fixed the issue quickly. Would like to see them provide bath mat. Also glass of window was broken. This could be a safety issue. I would stay here again.

Restrooms don’t flush properly. Lock on cabin 88 doesn’t work well. Almost couldn’t get back in. No after hours number to call for assistance.

Everything went as planned, the only reason I would pay as much for KOAs though is because you are pet friendly.... the cabins get the job done when need be and I guess when you're travelling with pets it's a huge plus but I could find hotels for not much more and would have better accommodations. I was pleased overall though. Staff were friendly and the cabin/common areas were clean.

We stayed at one of the luxury cabins which had a bathroom, a separate room for twin bunk beds, AC and a Tv! We thought the space was large and comfortable. We stayed here on our way back from Colorado and hope to stay here again when we do the trip again.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Perfect stop on our cross-country move with two vehicles towing trailers, three kids and three dogs. The night security officer was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the Lubbock KOA.
