We were greeted right away even though we were late and showed to our cabin. The kids had a blast at the pool and exploring.

Not a typical KOA. Pool closed at 8 because they can’t figure out how to keep it open. Restroom/showers were dirty. Not from daily use but a buildup of dirt…along vents, tops of stalls. Picnic tables gave me a splinter. Need to be sanded and repainted or replaced. Someone’s dog pooped right outside our RV and wasn’t picked up.

The park is very clean, quite and the staff was very nice and helpful. All of the facility was nice and clean.

This KOA is very dated. The bathrooms are old and disgusting. Our site (#4) had branches and debris from a tree that was partially cut down - no attempt to clean up the site was made before our arrival. The pool was dirty as was the pool house. The trash cans were overflowing. We will not come back to this KOA

Terrible dirt sites. The park was practically empty though they elected to assign us the worst site possible next to the freeway and traintracks. Cable reception was terrible. If your deaf, don't care about the condition of your site or care about cable, I guess it might work for you???

Very clean and welcoming. The staff are very responsive by phone when checking availability. I have stayed here seven or eight times over the last twenty years.

Laundry area needed to stay open longer. We toured the city and it was not excepting people doing their laundry after 4 pm, definitely way to early.

The Lubbock KOA was the most ran down KOA I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at many over my 63 years dirty dirty and very unfriendly would not recommend this to anybody Is. The restrooms and shower area were disgusting

We got in very late (11:30) but were greeted the moment we arrived. We were guided through our pull-thru spot, which made it really easy for us after a long day of travel. The indoor pool was enjoyed by all of us the next day! The women’s bathrooms were a problem Saturday night, my wife and daughter said only 1 out of 3 toilets was working. But we really enjoyed the Lubbock KOA overall!

The bathrooms need to be updated or fixed, two out of three bathroom stalls were broke and showers, the water was only slightly hot.

Only had a one night stay on the way home to Austin. This Camp was clean, quiet and close to the City but far enough to feel remote. We'll definitely use this KOA again

When we arrived our assigned site was close to the road and train track. It is louder than we like at that end. I looked around and it didn't appear to be that busy so I went in and requested a site closer to the office and away from the road and train track. The attendant looked at the list for the night and asked if #18 would be better. I was thrilled and we had a quiet stay. WIFI is bad.

Area was very nice! Staff was friendly and nice. Cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed, however, left my back and hips feeling really stiff the whole day. Bring a comforter or something for the bed

Friendly staff, convenient location, well kept. We were only there one night on two occasions but we found this KOA to be a perfect stop for our travels.

Woman’s Restroom was disgusting, old and out of order. The cabin #87 smelled like mold and a young lady with her family walked in to our cabin trying to look for stuff to steal. Also, you should rent or have burn barrels available. We will likely not be coming back. Time to put some money in updating the bathroom and cabins.

Very clean park with beautiful plants everywhere! Staff are friendly. Having access to a pool and hot tub is nice, but having them inside made it a little dark and sad. The noise from the highway is very loud.

The workers were very friendly. The young couple who worked there were sure that coffee was made each morning. I did not realize they worked there and were talking with them. The cabin was clean and everything worked well. I plan to stay in camping cabins at KOA's whenever I travel. Thanks for asking.

Staff was very nice , park run down , sites to small for big rigs , tress scratched or rig , needs up keep badly, stay there only if an emergency . Koa used to be the best , I guess anyone can buy one now. Very dissatisfied, and it happens a lot with koa a lot, in different states

Lot not large enough for our rig/truck, even though we were asked the length when we booked via phone. We did not wish to unhook as we were staying overnight only, but were forced to do so or be in the roadway. Certainly not the fault of KOA that it rained violently all night, but we had to hook up and get ready to leave in 3" of water ALL over the entire grounds. NO dry ground. It was a lake.

Our third time here. Staff is great. Not a resort, but a nice interim stop. The first two times we stayed here, we missed the entrance sign, as it is hidden behind a row of trees as you approach the KOA.

Ok, for a quick overnight and out in the morning. No escort to site, but pretty easy to maneuver and find, so probably not needed. Indoor pool would have been nice, but closes at 7p, wish that was stated somewhere, as kids were upset after being in the truck all day and were looking forward to it.

I've stayed here occasionally over 15 years and it hasn't changed much if at all. It's primarily dirt but this time the little bit of grass had sticker burrs in it and there were ant mounds everywhere. It's OK for overnight. I've stayed here in a 5th wheel and a motorhome.

Store was delightful. I always find something I "need". Store attendant was friendly and helpful. WiFi was marginal at best.
