Very clean bathrooms and grounds. We only stayed one night passing through, but the playground is just what my 9 year old needed to get the ants out of his pants on a long trip. We could see him from our site so we could do our thing while he played. Love that we could dump right on our site, it looked like all pull throughs had one. Would have stayed another day if we could have.

The bathrooms need updating so the toilets will flush and the clerk in the office could have been more friendly.

We stayed in the cabin with full bath. It was the perfect size for us. We loved the porch swing. Our son enjoyed the swings and the indoor pool. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park. Everyone we ran into was friendly and had a smile. It was a very pleasant stay.

We had a spot close to the highway and it was noisy until midnight due to traffic. Very excellent staff, nice indoor pool.

The employees were friendly, spot was an easy pull-thru. The rating is because it was super windy and terribly dusty. I know the weather isn't the KOA's fault but having paved lots would help a lot with the dust. Everything is dirt and gravel. Not your typical KOA.

Everything went well and was nice. There are a few issues that we had but nothing too major. The step in 87 is not straight so it made it hard to get up and down from the cabin. Also, the floor squicked a lot. There is no outlet outside of the cabin which is good to know for next time.

Wonderful staff and facility - very helpful, friendly, and efficient! We have stayed with them a couple of times in the last year.

We didn't stay long enough to give a fair review, it was an only an overnight for us. And it was unusually frigid, we stayed in our cabin the entire time. But the park was neat and clean, the camp store kitty was friendly, so we're looking forward to staying again when we have time to enjoy the area.

Made my reservation online for an overnight stay. The property is clean with well kept landscaping. Didn't use the laundry facilities but the women's shower/bathroom was clean and the water a perfect temperature. Staff was very friendly.

Always our preferred stop when travelling through Lubbock. The only thing I wish is that they'd look up previous sites we've stayed in. This time, middle row site was a little too short for our 45+bike lift+tow. We stuck out in the road, which we always worry about. Otherwise, see ya on the flip side of our trip!!

The deluxe cabin was clean and cozy. Arrived late, checked us in even after closing hours. Thank you during the arctic cold weather!

One night stay. No grass, just dirt and rocks. No one, except us, wore masks or practiced social distance. Check-in clerk coughed a lot. Blamed it on dust.

Loved the laundry and restrooms near the tent sites. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and even offered a site farther from the highway. We had a great experience.

The sites have just dirt where you would expect grass or gravel. Turns to sticky mud when wet. The Lady who signed us in was abrupt and not very helpful when I asked her questions. Seemed like I was annoying her with my questions. This seemed in total opposite to my experience at other KOA's.

Nice, wide and level spaced. Clean restrooms. Pool an hot tub are a nice amenity. It’s our choice every time we are in Lubbock.

Easy on/off the highway and good restroom/shower facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond by upgrading from cozy cabin to a deluxe cabin at no extra charge! Customer service was outstanding in all aspects!

Not easy to find. They have a small sign on mailbox where you need to turn in. Very muddy, lot of full timers. Right next to Rail Road tracks and you can feel the train and hear the whistle!
