It's easy to get to when traveling, but this time the spot they put us in was messy. On both sides of our spot the dump areas were dirty. Luckily we didn't need to dump.

Alway great stay. Been coming through and staying here for years. They have done improvements to the sites, so they are level, graveled, clean and wide sites. Easy in/easy out! Staff friendly and helpful as always. Store has pretty much everything you need!

Good place for an overnight stay. Good pull through sites and amenities were fairly clean. On-site washer dryer was a plus.

We stayed overnight, campgrounds was beautiful. They have a little store for whatever you need which i thought was nice. It was a bit noisy being close to the main road and the train but other than that. Was great

Bathrooms good & WARM! Maintenance man was very helpful in filling my propane. Not much grass... very minimal .... but price reflected that. BUT barking dogs kept us awake all night. Luckily we only needed one night. Would have moved if we'd needed more. :(

We always stay at the Lubbock KOA when we are in West Texas. Great staff and well run park. And the drive-in is right down the road!

I made reservations online & had a con. #. When we arrived, after a 13 hour drive, there was nothing in the late check-in box. A security guard told us he did not show us as having a reservation although I had an email confirmation #. He directed us to lot 20, had no grass, just dirt. Next morning the office told me that he did not know what was going on & we should have been in site 6.

It seemed like a no frills KOA, we were able to pull in after hours and determine which spot was open and we were gone by checkout time. Right off the highway we were driving on so super convenient. It is right next to railroad tracks so could hear the train horn but that seemed to stop after a certain time. We didn't use any of the amenities due to Covid so can't comment on those. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites are large enough for my full side slide and the dog park is nice. The sites close to the highway are noisy but the ones closer to the office are quiet.

The site could use some more gravel, not just base course. It’s really dry there and the ground is dusty. My dogs tracked the dust into my RV.

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful with direc5ions. very hard to find as GPS will not get you there.

Sites are fairly level. Roads are mostly dirt so there is plenty of dust with any traffic. Close to Buddy Holly museum, Windmill museum. We only had a few days so can't say how close other attractions are.

Very friendly and helpful. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. And this was all done with Covid, in mind, from a distance.

Great stay. Very clean campground. Only wish the pull thru sites were big enough so a 35’ rig and truck were long enough to not have to disconnect them. Very very friendly staff.

The facility itself is very clean and well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was our issue, it is situated next to the very busy Hwy 84 where the speed limit is 75 MPH, road noise was very prevalent. If you know anything about Lubbock you can expect wind and dirt, it didn't disappoint this trip, there was plenty of both. Staff/cleanliness 5 star, location 1 star.

Nice, clean campground. Our kids loved the tether all court & playground. Our campsite was a nice, level pull thru site with a fire pit, bbq, rocking swing and table with chairs. Our site had nice lighting as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean campground. Excellent cable and adequate WiFi. Close to Walmart, easy access. The road noise affected my rating.
