Basic cabin but clean, well stocked. My only critique is the shower curtain did not reach to the floor in the bathroom floor was totally flooded when I got out.�

Great place, the kids loved it. If I was picky, you’d be allowed to bring outside food into pool area (pizza, burgers, ect) but that’s a pretty minor thing over all and doesn’t take away from the campground itself.

We had water issues with our rv. Bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very nice.

This is one of the best KOA’s we have stayed at while traveling from Alabama to California and vice versa. Clean facilities and friendly staff. A must stay if you are in the area.

I got a flat Friday was suppose to arrive @ 5pm that day I called them wouldn't refund any kind. Didn't wanna work with me so lost out $100 for 2 nights.

With it being so dry, it would be nice if water would be spread over the driveways to keep the dust down.

Great it has indoor pool but whole clubhouse need serious updating and maintenance. Indoor space was warm on winter day and I loved the plants.

The traffic noise was horrible. Even with earplugs and a pillow over my head, it was so loud. There were several full time residents and it was evident. The dog park was nice. The front desk person was not personable at all. We had stayed the night before at a KOA in another state and it was absolutely fantastic. I would not stay at the Lubbock KOA again.

My cabin was cold. I was locked in…seems the door lock froze and would not move. The cabin had an odd smell.he microwave was noisy. Lubbock is hard to drive in and not get lost. I went for an annual work conference and will be back.

Quick overnight stay. Nice campground bathroom was pretty dated but good and clean. Sites are very easy access

Great location, easy reservations on line. Cabin was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will make this campground a regular stop.

Very clean cabin, friendly staff. Was so impressed with my first stay that I decided to stay again on my return trip. Made reservations on line, very easy. Will visit again next year.

Staff at Lubbock KOA are SUPER nice! I came in after midnight and was able to find a spot without any issues. Bathrooms were clean and warm. Showers have a nice dressing area separate, but private, from the shower stall. Showers were nice and hot.

It was just overnight. We got in late, everything was in the late box. Quite campground.

Campground is basic, sites were level. We used the pool and spa, the area could have been cleaned up and made more presentable. Campground overall could use a sprucing up.

Decent campground and what you might expect in Lubbock. Looks like some longer term occupants in the back who have all kinds of stuff around their campsites. Looks trashy.

It was a nice enough KOA but it’s by a very busy Highway and not fenced in. The dog park was fenced and nice. But we were still nervous being so close to the Highway with no fence and dogs .

We are KOA rewards members. We stay at a lot of KOAs. The Lubbock facility was the dirtiest we’ve been to. Showers that don’t drain. Cabin smelled sour. Brown grime in the hot tub. Pool showers and restrooms were dirty. Piles of Christmas decorations not put away and piled on the pool deck. Ladders left on the pool deck. Nobody knew how to apply points for rewards. Very nice customer service at the desk/counter. Indoor pool and hot tub which we didn't use looked nice. Located right off the main highway though it isn't loud with road noise, it is convenient. The train went by 2x and it wasn't bothersome to us. Bathrooms are clean but really in need of remodel. Wouldn't stay more than overnight but it's great for that.

we only stayed one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pull through site made it easy to get in and out with our 35 foot trailer.
