We spend the month of October in Texas to let Arizona cool down. Choose Lubbock KOA this year. Nice heated indoor pool. Well groomed limestone roads. Would like to have had more shade but it was acceptable. Staff was very friendly and helped with local activities information. Met many Long term residents.

It was a flat place to park on the way through, which was what we needed. However, it was very loud from the road, it seemed understaffed, and the laundry facilities were “meh”. I had to wash my clothes twice and they still didn’t come out completely clean. Solidly average experience.

very helpful staff. ground are well traveled. like that effort is being made on the infrastructure. reason for 3 stars is that the campground is less than 100 yards (feet?) from a four lane hyway.... loud. Also the wi fi in the small campground was very bad.... good place just needs a some work

Sites need to be groomed, ladies restroom had no paper towels in dispenser. It is convenient to Texas Tech games, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. The only comment is the the WIFI was not working very well during our stay. It wasn’t until we were getting ready to depart that it began to work.

Passed through Lubbock twice while on vacation. Everything was fine. The bathrooms were clean but the stalls, toilets, and paper towel despenser all could use some work and be updated. Friendly people and I felt safe as always with KOA.

The park is out of town which helped keep the city noises down, but the highway and railroad were heard. The park has large stalls, so we didn't feel cramped. The stalls are angled which allowed our trailer to shade the picnic table in the afternoon. We would certainly stay there again if we're in the area.

The staff was nice. The place is a total dump though. It’s very run down, the bathrooms are really bad and they were spray painting stuff and making a mess around the visitor center. The seasonal campers really make the place look bad. We won’t be back

This was an overnight for us, but I didn't care for the road noise, from Hwy 89. The other thing that I was disappointed is no one seemed to have picked up after their pets at camper site . Nice size Pet yard but I picked up lots of dog poop. Please be aware worms & other types of disease can be passed along to ither pets/people.

All I can say is WONDERFUL, such a nice stop wish I could have stayed longer. Extremely friendly check in, lucky day it was BBQ weekend, it was delicious. Clean park, indoor pool, level gravel sites. Would highly recommend

We had a problem with the electric pedestal, no power. I was able to just pull forward to a new site. Friendly and helpful. Great stay...

We were very pleased with the Lubbock KOA campground. Everyone was very friendly. We were on our way home from the balloon Fiesta i New Mexico. Was a very handy place to stay. Easy in And easy out. to the highway.

No grassy areas, Noisy and traffic late at night. Dog run very dirty with dog poo,,,,needs someone to clean area.when others don't pick up dog poo! Would not recomend this one!!

Difficult sign to find. Lots of road noise. This park maybe going through a transition. It is being worked on( electrical updating).
