Nothing fancy but clean and a great place to stop for the night right off the highway. Very friendly staff. We got in about 7:15 on a Friday evening and they had great BBQ for sale.

We've stayed in the deluxe cabin on all our other trips, but since I was traveling alone, I elected to camp this time. I felt safe, the site was well-maintained, and as always, the check in/out process was smooth.

The Lubbock KOA is a very nice facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spotless and the shower stalls are roomy with a separate area for dressing. The tent spot we had was under the cover of a mature shade tree. This KOA is very close to the highway and train tracks. It may not be so noisy in a RV, but we were in a tent. But, I would still recommend this KOA.

Would recommend �� Nice clean Park. Most friendly employees than any other Park from the East Coast to the West! Especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool & hot tub. Thank you, keep up the great job! We look forward to returning the next time we are in the area.

They really need to plant some trees to help cool down campers. Landscaping needs Love… We did have some of the best ribs ever and pulled pork sandwich’s The folks that worked there were very friendly and happy �

I stayed twice in the past week. The first time I had an excellent spot close to the office. The second time I had a spot farther away from the office and right next to the busy highway with a very active train track right across the street. This location is very nice, everything is very clean and the office personnel were very friendly. Peaceful and quiet unless you are in the back.

The stay was pretty good, traffic noise from the nearby highway was manageable. The biggest negative was that the Campground has three men's showers. Two had out of order signs. The third had no shower head. Everything else was very nice.

The campground is right next to a major road and railroad tracks. I got a tent camping spot. They put those tent spots right next to the road instead of locating them somewhere quitter on the property. KOA had the dumpster right next to the site I was assigned, which stunk like dead thing. Then they have bloody roosters like 25' from the tent sites... Not a lot of sleep happened. Not rushing back

Well maintained and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some shade trees to minimize the heat. Sites are reasonably level and all hookups functioning as expected.

Just overnight passing through on way home but was very nice. Inside pool was very refreshing and hot tub was very welcome after a long day. All was clean, easy hookups and access in and out.

Came in late and was greeted by a lovely lady. She got us into a pull though, and we got set up quickly. Nice bathrooms and showers. Would stay there again.

One night stay on short notice, lady on phone gave the impression it was very full, as it turns out, lots of empty spaces. Hmm. Other than that nice park/KOA..

The person that checked me in told me it was 8 am check out the next morning and wrote it on my paper. I read later on the same paper it was a later time. Possibly she was talking about the office hours?

The noise level was unbearable. Between the traffic, trains, roosters, helicopters and neighbors I slept only an hour or so. Due to a poorly placed dog poop container the stench was awful. The smelly dumpster next to the dog poo was the finishing touch. Lovely
