The Staff are AMAZING! They were pleasant and happy--the perfect Hosts! The campground is clean and well taken care of. The indoor pool was gorgeous and especially perfect for our 6 year old! We will definitely be staying there again!!

Restrooms don’t flush properly. Lock on cabin 88 doesn’t work well. Almost couldn’t get back in. No after hours number to call for assistance.

Our campsite was right across from the dog park. People kept cutting through our site to get there.

We had a lot of fun. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Great tent camping area. Staff was awesome. We'll be back for sure.

This park was fine for an overnight stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The park is older and a bit run down with many long-term residents living in trailers in very poor condition.

Late arrival, but easy check-in. Only stayed one night, so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the amenities. Park was very clean!

The stay was nice, but in the men's there were two broken showers out of three and one of the toilets also was not working. I did not use the women's, so cannot comment on their state. We appreciated the dog area.

I did not get to stay because I could not make it! I was advised by the office there are no refunds!!! Sadly I cannot say the experience was good or the staff!

All was good except the domestic incident the sheriff deputy came out for, was a tad worrisome but once that was over, was a pleasant stay!

Everything went as planned, the only reason I would pay as much for KOAs though is because you are pet friendly.... the cabins get the job done when need be and I guess when you're travelling with pets it's a huge plus but I could find hotels for not much more and would have better accommodations. I was pleased overall though. Staff were friendly and the cabin/common areas were clean.

Bathrooms were very outdated...rusty hook closures on plywood doors. Boards rotted out around trash can surrounds. Just generally ripen down. Not what we’re used to seeing at a KOA.

Great place, very friendly owners and exactly why we needed while we were in Lubbock moving our boys back to Tech. Wish some of the other visitors would pick up their dog poop when their dog poops on someone else’s campsite, but that’s not the KOA’s fault!

Warm welcome, provided different site options, hook-up very easy, ok Wi-Fi, bathrooms need to be updated other wise they were clean. Quiet! One big surprise was the BBQ restaurant a 5min drive away “BBQ Shack”.

Krazy Lady BBQ was the best. Nothing fancy at this park. Just a nice, clean friendly place. We stop here twice a year.

I would like to rate this location higher, but two issues prevent this: highway noise and the location of a dumpster right next to our tent site. In all fairness, the Lubbock KOA cannot control the increase in traffic on US84, but it does impact the ability to get a good night's rest. However, they can relocate the dumpster. Since people would not always close the lid, the odor was always present.

We stayed at one of the luxury cabins which had a bathroom, a separate room for twin bunk beds, AC and a Tv! We thought the space was large and comfortable. We stayed here on our way back from Colorado and hope to stay here again when we do the trip again.

The worst KOA I have every stayed! Next to Hwy 84 there should be a wall to block out the traffic noise all night and theres a shade tree mechanic think hes in the Street Outlaw Junior league racing loud trucks somewhere close by. 12 or more permanent residents have the best park locations.

Roads need more gravel. The goat heads have gotten really bad. My dogs had a bad time of it.

This place was the best KOA I stayed at in my 16 day vacation. I stayed at 6 over this time. Friendly, clean, quiet, HOT, clean, and strong pressure showers. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you!!!
