I really enjoyed the stay. our little cabin was great. All of the amenities around the campground were great.

The cabin is a great stopping point for us, since we travel with dogs. We like that there is a bathroom, porch swing, dog area, refrigerator and microwave, and friendly staff. Much better than being crammed in a dog-designated hotel room that is perpetually damp from steam cleaning. It’s our go-to overnight spot in Lubbock.

Have stayed here several times and always had a good experience. The only recommendation I have is to cover the ground in the dog park with gravel similar to other areas for the RVs. When it rains, the dog park can be quite muddy.

The people are very nice. The facilities have a lot of deferred maintenance. The roads need grading and drainage work, and lots of gravel. It is a huge mudhole. Bathrooms are awful, not even close to the KOA standard. It is time for significant capital investment at this location!

We were there just for an overnight passing through. Rented the simple cabin. It was all we needed. A roof over our head, an ac and close to the bathrooms. Friendly staff and safe place for a mom and two daughter.

We were greeted right away even though we were late and showed to our cabin. The kids had a blast at the pool and exploring.

Laundry area needed to stay open longer. We toured the city and it was not excepting people doing their laundry after 4 pm, definitely way to early.

Area was very nice! Staff was friendly and nice. Cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed, however, left my back and hips feeling really stiff the whole day. Bring a comforter or something for the bed

Woman’s Restroom was disgusting, old and out of order. The cabin #87 smelled like mold and a young lady with her family walked in to our cabin trying to look for stuff to steal. Also, you should rent or have burn barrels available. We will likely not be coming back. Time to put some money in updating the bathroom and cabins.

The workers were very friendly. The young couple who worked there were sure that coffee was made each morning. I did not realize they worked there and were talking with them. The cabin was clean and everything worked well. I plan to stay in camping cabins at KOA's whenever I travel. Thanks for asking.

Y’all might want to let future guest know that if they are renting out a delux cabin w/ shower that there is no bedding, towels, soap provided. We were not aware of this, got coffee and drove another 2 hrs home. I wish we would have known this info before spending $80 wasted. If we were informed, we would have prepared and been fine with it. Let your future guest know.

We stayed in the cabin with full bath. It was the perfect size for us. We loved the porch swing. Our son enjoyed the swings and the indoor pool. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park. Everyone we ran into was friendly and had a smile. It was a very pleasant stay.

Everything went well and was nice. There are a few issues that we had but nothing too major. The step in 87 is not straight so it made it hard to get up and down from the cabin. Also, the floor squicked a lot. There is no outlet outside of the cabin which is good to know for next time.

We didn't stay long enough to give a fair review, it was an only an overnight for us. And it was unusually frigid, we stayed in our cabin the entire time. But the park was neat and clean, the camp store kitty was friendly, so we're looking forward to staying again when we have time to enjoy the area.

The staff went above and beyond by upgrading from cozy cabin to a deluxe cabin at no extra charge! Customer service was outstanding in all aspects!

We always stay at the Lubbock KOA when we are in West Texas. Great staff and well run park. And the drive-in is right down the road!
