The site was too close to the Highway for us. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Quiet and clean also well designed wide space to get a 40 ft. Motorhome in and out !!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I booked our one-night stay. I needed to campsites while we were traveling thru. One complaint was that I was not able to open my sewer cap. I did not need it since I was just passing thru but it was on SO tight, it was unnecessary.

We have been here several times over the last several years. They are very friendly and our grandkids really enjoy it here. Our family always usually has two spots together so that the kids can travel back and forth between the two sites. Often we have as many as 4 RVs together and they are always willing to accommodate our needs as much as possible. We will be seeing them again. Thank you.

Short, but, the park was great for our stay. Dogs loved KampK9. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great and helpful. My only real complaint is that there were swim lessons going on most of the time at the pool. This led to vehicles coming and going frequently and lots and lots of screaming by the very very young children who were having lessons. It also meant that half of the pool could not be utilized by guests while these were taking place. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Bathrooms need better security. Perhaps a combo lock. Otherwise easy place to stay for the night and we slept great

Most of this rating is the location. Lubbock, Texas is a dust bowl that smells like a dairy farm. KOA had very nice showers but bathroom stall door fell off. We had to pick up large dog poop at our site, twice.

Park is clean and fairly well kept and the checkin process was pleasant. I was in the 30 amp backin site 82 but a tree made it very difficult to utilize the site (needs to be cut back). The 30 amp receptacle at site 82 was installed upside down and the dump station is difficult to pull up to. For a KOA I felt it could be better.

The campground itself was fine. The person checking us in wasn’t wearing a mask though. Also, there are a lot of dog poops around the campground, even in the sites. Fine for an overnight stay though.

Very clean bathrooms and grounds. We only stayed one night passing through, but the playground is just what my 9 year old needed to get the ants out of his pants on a long trip. We could see him from our site so we could do our thing while he played. Love that we could dump right on our site, it looked like all pull throughs had one. Would have stayed another day if we could have.

The bathrooms need updating so the toilets will flush and the clerk in the office could have been more friendly.

We had a spot close to the highway and it was noisy until midnight due to traffic. Very excellent staff, nice indoor pool.

The employees were friendly, spot was an easy pull-thru. The rating is because it was super windy and terribly dusty. I know the weather isn't the KOA's fault but having paved lots would help a lot with the dust. Everything is dirt and gravel. Not your typical KOA.

Made my reservation online for an overnight stay. The property is clean with well kept landscaping. Didn't use the laundry facilities but the women's shower/bathroom was clean and the water a perfect temperature. Staff was very friendly.
