Employees were super helpful and friendly. I loved how the nature trail went right into the bike trail. Very quiet and family/dog friendly campgrounds!

Staff was incredibly nice. Pool was the perfect temperature. Nice bikes to rent. Cabin was comfortable. Close to town, clean bathrooms, no complaints at all! Will return!

There is no cleaner campground anyplace. The staff are just like my family away from family every year. I would not even consider staying anyplace else when I come up north every year. They go out of their way to help every person and are genuinely happy to see and greet you. The campground is beautiful and so are the people who work there. Just Cannot wait to get back there every single year.

We can't say enough positive about this campgrounds. Friendly efficient staff, clean and nice sized camp sites. I love the delivery service they provide. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Efficient check in. Our only complaint is that after a night of heavy rain our site was covered in a very fine coating of mud. Even the grass was brown. Fortunately we packed everything except water hose and electric cable up the night before so those were the only items we had to wash down before departure.

Overall atmosphere and staff were awesome. Probably one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in a long time. Only negative is the smelly water. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were so kind to us! It was a great mother/son weekend. The cabin was clean! We will certainly be back. LOVED the hiking/biking trail that leads into town. This saved us time and parking each time we went into town.

Staff was very helpful. The only thing is maybe expand the play ground. Lots of kids but little space especially for younger kids. I would come back

First time staying at a KOA campground, facilities were all very clean. Super helpful staff. Kathleen made it easy and was very helpful when I needed to change my reservation dates

The 5 nights we were there was nice Wish we hadn't been so close to the playground kids were loud and played and screamed way into the night. Other than that it was enjoyable

Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and the restrooms and showers impeccably maintained.

The staff/hostess were fine, not great just fine. Our site was #48, which consisted of gravel & sparse weeds, not just where u park your RV but the whole site, very unwelcoming and uncomfortable, it was also very narrow. No tent for our kids allowed on site, we were kindly told....why? Was it going to harm the weeds or the gravel..? Small pool &small kid play area. A disappointing choice for us.

Very, I mean very, pleasant staff. Large nicely shaded space. Very well maintained park with shuttle access to Mackinaw Island Ferry. We will be back.

Very nice, clean campground. Friendly, helpful staff, clean pool and facilities. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground, the fun stuff in the camp store and the pool. Also--wood was delivered to our camp site, and a shuttle to the Mackinac Island Ferry was a plus since we have an RV and don't tow a vehicle. We will stay here again!!

Great location just minutes from city. Bike path mostly paved to take you to town which was awesome since we did not have to worry about parking. The little store was convenient and the pool was very nice. This is the first campground we have stayed at where they txt you an hour before close to see if you need anything. That was great service as they would drop supplies in a few minutes at door.

Best service we have seen at any park. Free delivery of fire wood and other items. People were very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Didn't use pool or facilities but a great place to visit.

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
