Stayed for the whole week campground is clean and super well maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful if you’re camping in mackinaw I would definitely recommend staying here

Unfortunately we were only able to stay 1 night. But the owners were very friendly and we will definitely stay more than 1 night next time.

This was one of our favorite KOAs. We tent camp and appreciate wooded sites with electricity and water as well as shaded sites and this campground had all three. The staff was super friendly and they took great care to make sure the restrooms and showers were thoroughly cleaned. They also delivered firewood to your site. Although we didn't use the pool, it was clean and warm.

We enjoyed our week at the Mackinaw City KOA. It's a short drive to downtown but only 5 minutes from a gorgeous public access beach. The pool was nice and the mural (in progress) is lovely. Kind employees, too. I wish they had postings of local events, though. We missed Friday night fireworks near the bridge but would have enjoyed it. Mackinaw City isn't as touristy as the island, very cute town.

Lots of dogs not much room to exercise them. All pull through, easy in and out. Staff were excellent.

This is one we will be going back to for sure! Loved the ability to ride bikes on the trail to downtown, saved on having to pack up the RV and find parking. The bike path was nice and easy to ride. Jazmin in the office was SUPER nice and helpful. Fun to hear the kids out having fun and enjoying the pool and games. They manage things well and communicate via text. This is a destination KOA!

This was the nicest KOA we have stayed in. The sites were generous and flat. The water and electric were steady and convenient. The staff was terrific.

We enjoyed the amenities available like the pool, laundry, and games. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. Loved that Shepler's provided pick up right out front! We loved our day on Mackinac Island!

We were able to get an early reservation when our plans changed. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. The park was clean and the sites in good condition and pretty level. The staff was ready to answer all our questions. We would stay there again.

Loved our Patio site. Location was so convenient to bike trails. Even rode our bikes to catch ferry to Mackinaw Island.

Great campground and campsites! Roomy sites, very clean and nearly level! We loved the daily text before the office closed reminding us to order ice or firewood etc! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We stayed for 5 nights and did a bunch of stuff in the area. The helped us get tickets for the island ferry boat which saved us a bunch if time. We had a great time the staff was super friendly and helpful

Placed my reservation in Dec. for July asked for a special site but was told they didn't give out sites till summer.My site was a little small for my 42 foot trailer. Owners said there was nothing they could do, even though the park wasn't full and other sites seemed to be available. A 22'on large pad site just doesn't seem right.

Cabin was clean and made for a great get away home base! Kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside was being next to a place the staff constantly drove between my cabin and the neighbors cabin.

Had a great time. Close to Mackinaw City. Used the shuttle to the ferry to Mackinaw Island. That was nice.

Staff very friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't able to use my full hookup as my hose wasn't able to reach the dump hole.Seems like KOA could have had a loner as I was completely set up and we would have had to do a little more work. I have used and borrowed other equipment when forgotten. Still a good place to camp

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
