Very nice and very clean!! Perfect Location and at a great price

This was my first time staying at a KOA. Based on this experience, it will not be my last. Everything was wonderful beginning with check-in to departure. The bathroom was super clean, there was a fenced in area for dogs, and the occasional informative text messages were helpful. Overall, a friendly and welcoming experience. Thank you for the great time!

If you must stay on the Mackinaw side of the Bridge, this is the place to stay. It is convenient to the twn and docks, by car. The KOA on the St Ignace side appears nicer.

Very disappointed in campsite. Too small, couldn't even put out our awning. Only spot to park vehicle was too close to firepit, which was too close to the road. Did haven't have campfire for that reason. Couldn't hook up sanitary when we pulled in because it was crossthreaded and wouldn't come off and cocked on an angle. Our picnic table was next to other campsite's Sanitary sewer.

The online reservation app was easy to use. We were in one of your deluxe sites & loved it. If we had time, we would have stayed longer. The park was beautiful. The personnel were very pleasant & helpful. Even blew the leaves off our site. We will not hesitate to come back!

Everything at this KOA was excellent. From the pleasant, smiling and helpful staff to the clean laundry room. Our campsite was spacious, clean and hookups all worked as advertised. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice and clean campground with friendly staff. Appreciated the welcoming text before arrival and also daily ones asking if campers were in need of anything. Location is near local attractions and easily accessible. Loved our stay!!

Awesome. We arrived after hours. They sent info via text for check in and asked if we wanted firewood delivered. The cabin/restrooms/showers were very clean. The little added touches at this campground are what sets it apart from others. Ceiling fan in the cabin (BIG plus), positive notes to start your day, text messages asking if you need anything before close, K9 Kamp area for dogs to play.

As always our stay was delightful. Facility looks like it has been upgraded somewhat this year from last year and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Campground was ok. However, I had to fight with several employees to park my vehicle where it would not be damaged by falling acorns. They insisted that I not park on the grass on my site. The grass was not good enough to worry about! Evidently trying to keep their grass from being parked on was more important than damage to a customer's vehicle. Will not be back again.

There are not enough superlatives to say how great this campground and the staff have been for us. When an issue arose that complicated our schedule, Kathleen went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of with additional days of accommodations on a busy weekend. Besides all that the grounds are beautiful with plenty of space for large rigs and their roads. Carla Conrad

Easy guided access to the pull through site. Friendly staff during check in. Very clean facility. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Unfortunately. Got in after dark and was unable to set up camp and left before daylight the next morning. However I REALLY wish I had got in earlier. The site was very large and the bathhouse very clean. Would have loved to go down to the beach. Unfortunately I probably will not get back to the area again since I live in AZ. I have been quite pleased with the value of KOA

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
