The staff was very friendly, the campsite was kept clean with frequent rotations by the staff to clean and prepare checked-out sites for the next camper(s), and the only issue we had was that we could not hang up our hammock on the trees, per their request. A minor inconvenience compared to how conveniently located this campground is to the Dark Sky Park. We'll be back!

Staff was amazing! We were there for two weeks and it was wonderful. We have stayed at campground and other KOAs across the country and this is definitely at the top. Everyone was nice, the staff was all present throughout the day assisting people with whatever they needed, and the amenities and facilities were great! We will definitely stay here again.

Pool was very nice, showers were good/very clean, it was dog friendly, trail to Mackinaw City was perfect, staff very friendly, shuttle to ferry was fast, hook ups were great.

Clean campsites, restrooms and laundry room. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazingly fast wifi service. Walking trail to town easily accessible.

This place is terrible. Pull through sites are too short for MH unless you get a patio site. Sites are very small, weeds but mostly gravel. For us the worst part was the dust.

We have never stayed at such an organized campground with great customer service. They text you everyday before closing the office to invite you to text them if you need anything. we stayed in spot 93 which was awesome. level and large for our RV. You can get a free shuttle to the ferry. Would definitely stay there again.

There is no place I would rather stay than this campground. The campground is beautiful and the staff are just wonderful friendly people. It truly feels like I'm coming home every time I come here to stay. The campground is so close to Mackinaw and every thing it has to offer but also far enough away to be quiet,relaxing and peaceful. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No-wait easy check in after a long drive. Clean campgrounds, well run, nice playground and pool for the kids. Excellent location right off I-75 and close to downtown Mackinaw City. Nightly text reminders ask if you want firewood or ice delivered to your campsite, reply with your order and boom it's there, charged to your site. Great idea, so easy. We'll be back!

The staff was awesome and they even deliver wood and ice to your site. Bathrooms were clean the entire time. We will definitely return.

Everything was wonderful. The staff delivered wood to our site AND also took our bag of garbage every morning. The 3 days of perfect weather was unexpected. Thanks for a perfect visit.

Other than the pool and small playground there isn't much for kids. It seems like other koas have started the train rides and bike rentals, movies, ect. The staff is super nice, no complaints there.

Met our needs, bathroom/showers/pool clean. Loved nature trail accessible from campground. Friendly staff. Inconvenient store hours (10-6 is when campers are out doing things not to mention the gold mine you're missing out on by all the firewood/snacks/etc people would buy to start their morning or as they come back to campground for the night). Laundry room but no change/soap machine was odd.

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
