Our stay was outstanding! The staff were very friendly & accommodating! Communication was prolific. The staff not only were helpful but also informed re: local happenings. My wife & I will be back when we’re in the area!

Nice enough park, close to town. Easy access from freeway. Well kept and clean. Narrow sites with limited parking space. Somewhat difficult for big rig movement.

We loved this KOA. The shower and toilets were immaculate. The site was level and shaded by a beautiful tree. The office staff was friendly and Mark was fantastic as he helped me with my poor TV reception. Oh, and the laundry was small, but nice. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay at Mackinaw City KOA. You’ll like it too!

We've been camping at Mackinaw City KOA for many years now and plan on camping for years to come!! The hosts and staff are awesome. Every year we see new improvements. We really like it here.

We Love this campground. We are planning our next trip already. Very friendly. I liked the Tex every afternoon to remind you of the front office closing time and to order ice or wood. Can’t wait to go back.

The campground was very easy to navigate and the facilities were very clean. Our only issue was power. The electrical outlets were not regular voltage so we had to buy a converter but there was a convenient store only a mile away (we checked in after hrs). The trail to get the the city was also very nice!

Awesome staff, clean park ,great place to camp except the acorn trees that wakes you up at 3 am when a acorn falls from the tree that your park under on to your trailer. No but really great place. John,Debra & Pepper

The campground was convenient to everything needed for a Mackinaw Island visit. Staff was courteous and friendly. I really liked the texting aspect of information to the campers.

Hanna was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to get us a spot we could stay in without having to move when we asked to stay an extra night. Great place to stay.

Always enjoy staying. Was just unaware that the rates had gone up. We do like the new tables and chairs. Great asset. As our the grills, would just be nice to know which type was at the site before hand.

Good location and easy access to I-75. An easy walk to Mackinaw City and the ferries. Good biking trails to take you as far as you want to go. Friendly staff and they kept the place pristine. We were surprised to see the pool open and people using it.

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
