I have stayed in KOAs all over this country and I think the Mackinaw one is the best!. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have never received emails or texts about my visit or checking to see if we needed anything. By far the best. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area and I will tell my friends about this KOA. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff did great and the grounds are very clean and organized. This campsite made my trip to Mackinaw Island very memorable and I appreciate the time I spent there.

Clean. Friendly staff, great location. And I loved getting an escort to our site! Oh and the nightly texts reminders in case you need something before the store closes

Great location! Bring your bike because there is an easy bike path into town. We love the text messaging option of ordering ice and wood. The patio sites are well worth the money!

This is our first season of RV camping and our first stay at a KOA and it was very nice! We had a deluxe site with a patio and gas grill.Staff was very welcoming, the walk to town was about 2 miles and the shuttle to the ferry to go to the island was super convenient! We will definitely be back!

The park was very clean and staff was so nice and helpful. Special shout out to Mark for being great with our kids. They loved waving to him as he went about his day and my son couldn’t stop talking about how Mark stopped and said hi to him. So thank you for making our stay extra special!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Camp is in very good shape. Only drawback was that the office & store are never open in the evenings. The text message 1 hour before closing to see if you need something was a nice touch & there are other stores nearby where you can get essentials, but longer hours would be nice.

Very nice site (had deluxe site #76), Very friendly staff. Mark was a hoot. Would like to have had paved roads. The dog park was great. The only other thing that seemed peculiar was the restroom/shower setup. We would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were very friendly! The campground is well maintained and all of the facilities were extremely clean. We plan to return by the end of Summer!

The staff here is excellent they take very good care of their campers. Mark is one of the workers there and he is very friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend this location to my friends and family. I will be back again.

great place to stay when in the area. close to everything but out of the way and quite.,clean park and bathrooms. great people that can help with all questions. lots to do for the kids. Clean swimming pool. Nice shaded sites. We stayed 2 night and would stay here again when in the area

Stayed at a deluxe patio site, and would highly recommend. The campground was well kept, the staff very friendly. You can text them when you need ice or wood and they will deliver it to your site! The bike path to town right from the camp was a welcome surprise.

The team is really welcoming and the campground was clean and had thoughtful amenities like assistance backing the camper into place, firewood delivery, cornhole, tables for playing cards by the pool and dog walk trails. We especially liked the clean and warm showers. Did I mention how welcoming the camp team was?! We will come back for sure!

Site wasn’t level, cable tv didn’t work. The staff were friendly. I guess I am comparing this KOA to the first one we stayed at on out trip. Different places, different experience.

This campground was great to stay in after our day on Mackinac Island. We arrived right before the office closed at 6pm on Saturday and were able to get firewood and checked in. You can't get firewood after 6 as far as I know so if you need firewood and will get there after hours, get some on the way in. The campground was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time staying in our Kamping Kabin with our two dogs.

This is the nicest KOA we've camped at. The sites are spaced apart with maple trees between each site. Beautiful for Fall camping. The facilities get A+ on cleanliness, on enough showers, and on hot water in the showers! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have outdoor games for kids, bikes for rent, the bike trail runs close to the park, and they have a free shuttle to the ferry. We will definitely camp here again if we are in the area.
